WindBarrier® front panel helps keep the body warm and dry, while the high neck-closure has been relocated to the side. This helps prevent bulkiness under the zippers of the outer-shell and to keep wind out of the jacket.

It really doesn't keep you warm, as it allows wind through the chest.
The material on the front is a bit harsh and it not bulks.
Despite everything, it's a good for a mid layer to be worn on a skin layer.
In this case, you to get one size large to fit well.
