Gets the job done Pretty awesome grip on these babies for a decent price! Will definitely buy again in the future after they wear out on me. So far so good after a few weeks! April 7, 2014
excellent grips i switched to these from pro grip 780's. In my opinion they are much more comfortable and have a nice sticky feel to them. Ive only had them on for the last month so im not sure about how durable they are but they look and feel good. April 7, 2014
Just like um I trust and like these grips and I like the fact the end is already opened up for bark busters or end weights. March 24, 2014
grippy grips These are used by most of the riders I see when I go canyon carving. They stick to my gloves so I have no worries with throttle and are my 3rd pair. March 12, 2014
great so far Easy install with hairspray. A bit thicker and fits my palms much better. Incredibly less vibration on the freeway. Great purchase. Just remember they come in sets... February 10, 2014
Excellent Grips I was looking for a replacement for the stock grips on my Ducati Monster, and these had extremely good reviews and very minimal cost. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. Vast improvement over stock. January 27, 2014
Don't get anything but black/black The side effect of a very sticky compund is that it gets dirty easily. The grips will look great for the first week, then promptly get dingy. Great grips, otherwise November 18, 2013
Nice grip at a decent price Bought these on the recommendation of someone at Revzilla - they've never steered me wrong, so why not? I used a little bit of hairspray to mount one of the grips, and used a little bit of dish soap for the other. No problems either way. They absorb a bit more vibration than my legacy grips which was a nice touch. I bought the red/black units which matches my white bike with red/black trim. November 18, 2013

A shopper asked: Is this pricing for a single grip or 2. Also will cutting these to make them about 1/4 inch shorter cause alternet issues like causing it to fit looser or the such. I want to attach my clamp on mirrors so id cut these grips just a tad to attach the mirrors if you get the gist? Nov 24, 2013

Neil S: This is for TWO grips, a pair. I made the mistake of thinking it was for one and ordered two. Maybe Revzilla can add that to the description.

The ends of the grips are open and I use my bar end mirrors on them without issue. Not sure if that answers your question.

Daniel H: The pricing is for two grips. One has a slightly larger inner diameter to fit the throttle tube. Trimming them will not affect the tightness. Nov 25, 2013

Jason L: Dear Shoppe
I installed my grips and found the same problem. I didn?t cut my grips, (as to the wear a little loose). I did put some glue when installing them though.
After 13 months they are due to be replaced due to wear. I have noticed that the ring on the outer part of the grip has torn away.

I?am very happy with these grips and will be ordering the same again.

TODD K: They are a pair
They can easily be cut
They were a little longer than the stock Honda grips, so I trimmed mine down an 1/8-1/4" with a razor blade
There is acually a recess near the end which gives you a good guide slice off

Alexander D: It's a pair so you recieve 2 grips. The one with the smaller hole is for the throttle. Cutting it will not cause any issues with the grip. Nov 25, 2013

Shreyash M asked: Do these grips have closed ends or open ends? Is it possible to install the bar end sliders on these grips?
Also will they fit Ninja 650?

Doug L: These grips are open-ended, and should fit just fine on any bike with standard 7/8" bars. I've installed them with bar sliders on three different bikes with no issues. The grips can be stretched a bit as they're installed (or compressed lengthwise), so even if you run your controls close or farther away from the end of the bars, they'll fit perfectly. They wear very well too. I have 20,000 miles on my current set (black with gray inserts), and other than a little darkening of the gray area they look and function like new. I won't use any other grip as long as they continue to make these. Sep 24, 2013

Barry D: I purchased the open end grips to install handle bar weights - don't know if they will fit your Ninja though.

Revzilla will take good care of you

Jeremy B: I can tell you the ends are closed, I had to use and exacto blade to cut out an opening. I can't answer about the fitment on a Kawasaki 650, I've never installed these grips on one before. There's a really good chance they should fit. Sep 25, 2013

RevZilla: All grips, unless otherwise noted, are designed for 7/8" bars. The grip's inner diameter are different to work in conjunction with the throttle tube. Dec 21, 2012

A shopper asked: Two part question. Are these grips considered thicker than average (good for large hands), and what diameter bar will they fit? Aug 21, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: The Pro Grip RVGS Gel Grip 719 are not any thicker than standard grips, just a littler softer. We recommend looking at the Pro Grip 714 Dual Sport Grips which are a larger outer diameter and are also a softer grip that is great at keeping unwanted vibrations from putting your hands to sleep.
