Good product I got this cheekpas for my xl helmet. maybe i shold go for even a samll ones, i sill feel the helmet a little tied but feel a lot better tehn the original. February 12, 2013
I needed this product to make my Nolan N104 med fit better I had to purchase this product to make my new Nolan N 104 fit better. the N104 med. fits great except its very tight in the cheeks. Tied to get Revzilla to exchange the cheek pads but no go. Hope these cheek pads help January 28, 2013
Can't recommend it - YET Still haven't found the right fit for my N104 in the cheekpad area. I wear an XL, and ordered the 2XL cheekpads to reduce the tightness on my jawbone. It still is too tight and it feels as though some creepy Aunt is pinching my cheeks to the point where I have fish lips. Going to have to try the 3XL, but at $40 a pop this is getting to be an expensive fix... August 18, 2012

Purchased size M N104. Like the size except the cheek pads are way too tight. Beyond any expected relief from break-in. Wondering if cheek pads from the size L will do the trick and so curious as to what the measurable difference is in the thickness of L vs M pads.

After speaking with CIMA International (the support Dealer for Nolan Helmets in the USA) we were able to confirm that the size Large cheek pads are 43mm thick, while the size Medium cheek pads are 48mm thick.

I just purchased from RevZilla a XL Nolan N104 Outlaw helmet. The existing cheekpads seem to be too large (very tight fit) for me. The XL seems to be the right size, but I cannot wear my glasses with the cheekpads. Are there narrower replacement pads?

Answer:
Cheek pads should be tight when they're new but will break-in and loosen over time. Give us a call at 877-792-9455 or e-mail us at cs@revzilla.com if they do not break in enough and we will advise on which cheek pads can provide a better fit.

Answer:
I have the same issue. The XL seems to fit fine and the helmet is of high quality. But my cheeks feel like they're in a vice. After five minutes of sitting (not riding) I have to take my helmet off and flex my jaw. I'll take your word for it that it will loosen up but I'll have to be careful not to go more than 30 days. Otherwise I'll own an high quality helmet that I just can't wear.

Answer:
The shell is supposedly the same XL-3XL so you could probably purchase the next size up cheek pads. So if you're wearing an XL, going with 2XL?

Answer:
I am not aware of any choice of size in the cheek pads. I wear glasses too. However, the helmet is supposed to be tight, particularly at first. Don't worry, it may be uncomfortable (even give you a bit of a head ache) for the first few times you wear it, but you will wear it in.
