Nolan N-Com MCS 2 Complete Kit for Harley Davidson
Installs into an N-COM-ready helmet just like the Basic Kit and allows wired connection to the bike's radio, intercom, GPS, CB, etc.
This MCS 2 kit includes everything that you need to use the audio system of your bike. It includes:
The headset, speakers (stereo), microphone, and connectors.
The lower cord to plug into your motorcycle is longer and features a 90 degree micro USB attachment.
This headset system fits right into the Nolan helmets and does not require any modification of the shell or the inside of the helmet. It plugs directly into your bike and does not require any of the BlueTooth electronics that the other N-com headsets require.
Notes & Exceptions:
MCS cannot be used with an N-COM Bluetooth or Intercom kit nor multimedia wires (for connecting extremal audio sources)
Will not work with CB on FLHTCU models 2004 and prior
Easy Install Good audio
I bought the new Nolan N44. I have a 2014 Harley Limited. I had a Nolan N43E with a Harley headset. No matter how I installed the Harley headset, it always came loose. The installation on the N44 was easy and fast. The fit is outstanding and it will never come loose. Just completed a 1500 mile trip. The audio was perfect on the radio, bluetooth and CB. If you have the N43E or N44, this is a must have. The Harley connector does seem a little flimsy. The cord is extra long and gets in the way. Will have to see how it holds up over time

Best comm kit I have tried!
The speakers are clear and the sound is great. The mic works fine. Wish it had a different connector at the helmet, but is minor and does not affect the performance. I would recommend this kit.

Product appears to be of good quality and was just what I was wanting.
This review is for the N-comm MCSII sound system for the N104 Helmet. This system was very easy to install. The only negative was the connector they used to connect to the cable on my Goldwing. I prefer the banana style where you can just slide it in and don't have to worry about having it in a particular way. The sound from the speakers appears to be a little better quality than the older system used for the N102 helmet.

Nice com system
This unit installed easily and performed as expected. The connector to the helmet looks like a micro USB connection but is obvious that they only used the connector and it is not actually USB. Not sure how that will hold up. I really like how this is all integrated into the helmet. Its a nice package.

The headset sounds pretty good.
The cord seems a little flimsy and I have a hard time getting connectors together in helmet which has me doubting the long term durability of the cord or helmet connector. The sound is, well average. The price is good though so I would recommend.

A shopper asked:I have a 2014 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited with the Harmon Kardon Boom Box 6.5 GT Infotainment system. The 7 pin premium HD head set system allows you to use the sound system, GPS, Blue Tooth and all other Boom Box features via voice recognition. Will the Nolon N-Com Mcs II complete kit be 100% compatible with this system? My wife and I just purchased two N44 helmets and this communication system would be a perfect replacement to the Harley headset.Jan 10, 2014
Michael D:I recently purchased the MCSII for my N44. Love the fit and design. It was very easy to install and so far I'm very pleased with it. It is a seamless replacement to the Harley system and works with everything that my Harley headset did.
My personal observations...not sure the sound quality is quite the same as the Harley speakers, but it's pretty good. Also, not sure how durable the mini plug is going to be between the helmet and the cord that connects to the the 7 Pin plug, but only time will tell.
I have my N-com kits in N104 helmets, so I don't know if it will work in the N43 or not. It does work great with the Harley intercom system, it should be the same with the CB. Occasionally when I have the chin bar of my helmet up at highway speeds the wind/engine noise will trigger the mic., but with the helmet closed it triggers only when my wife or I are talking. Ohh, don't start signing along with the music either, that also cuts the music and triggers the intercom or cb.
Terry V:I installed this system on my N-43 Trilogy helmet, works great on my 2006 Harley Electra Glide radio/CB/intercom and yes the CB/intercom functions, (transmits & receives thru the microphone & headset with no issues). I have had this installed and in use for about a year now and have experienced no problems with the cord, headset, microphone, or helmet. This is a good product.Apr 20, 2014
