Versatile Vest This is a super versatile piece of riding gear that can actually be used off the bike, too (like at a fall football game). The vest has four heat settings or you can simply wear it without the battery being connected if you are warm enough. I have found that I need fewer layers and feel less like "The Abominable Snowman" when I'm riding in the cold if I have on my Mobile Warming Vest. Additionally, it is plenty stylish and has a nice front that appears to be some sort of wind stopper material. All in all, one of the best "bang for the buck", useful articles of riding gear that I've purchased in some time. April 22, 2013

Tighter is better Hasn't been too cold out, but so far it has kept me warm on the chilly mornings. The vest stretches quite a bit, buy smaller rather than larger because the closer the vest is to your body, the more you can feel the heat. I wear a tank top, followed by the vest, then a thermal, and more layers if needed. Definitely a plus if you work outside. December 18, 2012
Does what it's supposed to. I bought this for my wife to keep her warm on cool fall and early spring rides. I also have the men's version. It doesn't provide a ton of heat, like a hard wired heated vest, but it just enough to keep you comfortable under a good, thick, windstopping jacket. It's also great for quick runs around town, when I don't want to mess with the wires and controllers for my Gerbing. For longer rides in real winter cold, nothing beats a wired vest, such as Gerbing's. But for everything short of that, this works pretty well while being cheaper and more convenient. It's also nice for staying warm off the bike and great to wear on cold mornings when camping. Regarding size, my wife is usually between a small and a medium. The small fits her perfectly. This vest is great for use in colder climates when an extra boost is needed. The vest was ordered to help keep my daughter warm in our colder New England climate. It fit the bill entirely. She has decided that it will also work in northern California in the winter. I am considering ordering another one for a daughter that works outside in the winter. Great for the cold Great vest. Easy to control with pocket thermostat. I found myself without a good jacket on a three hour ride in mid 30 degree windy weather. Wore this under the bad jacket turned on high directly against my skin and it saved me. Next day on return trip with no wind, wore it over long underwear- again saved me from freezing. Fits well, great battery life. I am 34D but small build and the small fit great (snug but comfy zipping over the 34D). Fabric is stretchy. December 26, 2011

Answer: 
The battery charger provided with the Mobile Warming Women's Jackii Vest is suitable for a 110V U.S. outlet. In order to make it work with an Australian wall plug, you will have to get a power converter/adapter.
