I was a little apprehensive about getting this product and did lot of research. I wasn't sure I would like how it would feel while riding and if it would be easy to adjust for different riding gear. I own a few helmets and jackets. The brace arrived in a package in several pieces and you have to assemble it. This takes about five minutes and helps you see how it all works for fitting. I found that it is very easy to adjust for different jackets as well as different helmets. I feel much more secure riding with this on now than without it. When I ride without wearing the brace, it feels like riding with out gloves it just doesn't feel good without them. People ask about it all the time and where to get it at. The brace does't interfere with head movement at all. The only negative is you can't wear a backpack with it. I do some commuting with it and have switched to a tank bag.

I sized the device based on the table and was happy with how it fits. Totally unobtrusive while riding-don't even notice its there. The device seems to be very high quality- all the parts fit together with precision. Takes maybe 40 seconds to put on, after doing the sizing measures (I did with my gear on). Its also not super obvious. Hope not to test it.
