Kriega Kube Pocket
Kriega Kube Pocket
Use this with my Kriega R30 Backpack on the front chest area (if you are around 5'-6" tall# your helmet chin may hit this pocket if it is mounted to the Kriega R30 Backpack on the chest between the quad loc's. I moved it to the right strap below the arm pit on the strap so now I can head check safely again without obstruction. Taller riders will probably not have this problem.
The pocket attaches in two ways that can be combine #two thin width Velcro straps and/or one large wide Velcro wrap.# the two attachment methods can be combined if you want.
Utility; I place 1 tool in there for fast access and / or wallet... keys... swipe card... phone #Samsung S4 will fit#... etc... Water resistant in Oregon heavy down pour. #I'd almost say darn near water proof haha... like 90%# So pretty amazing...!

Quick Access Pocket
I keep a few items in here such as my garage remote, phone, and cards. It pretty convenient and I have no complaints. The material is good and appears to be very durable and water resistant.

This is a great addition to my Kriega R20. Makes it a lot easier to store my wallet and cell phone maybe a couple of extra small things. Putting it at shoulder height obstructs when I try to shoulder check though.

Very convenient for small go-to items like phone, wallet, glasses, cash, keys. Sure beats keeping uncomfortable items in pants or jacket pocket while riding. Easily fits my galaxy s4 and wallet with some room to spare.

Use more than you'd think!
I added to my Kriega pack (but will attach to about anything).
Perfect to hold my iPhone, wallet and coffee shop cash. Already been head-on into rain several times, and everything stays dry!

The R3 may be better...
I recommend this item because it does what it says. I say the R3 may be better because it does more.
Build quality of the Kube is very good. Looks cool on my R25 and comes in handy for things you need handy like your phone or wallet or keys when jacket pocket zippers get too clumsy to get into with gloves on.
Much of the reviews I read about the Kube mentioned it being a bit too small. This is true. My Galaxy S3 is about as long but wider and thicker (with an extended battery) than an iPhone and it fit snugly along with my wallet. I believe switching over to a money clip with 1 or 2 credit cards should be much better.
As far as the comparison to the R3, I just ordered one and I feel this waist pack will do a better job at securing my wallet, phone, charger, paperwork, a GoPro camera, and a can of dip... in a waterproof environment to boot!
I still like my small Kube though. It is versatile, I can loop it on my belt while not riding or attach it to my R3 or R25 when I do ride or travel. It's all good!

great add-on for any backpack
I recently bought a R25, my old backback had a pocket like this, so I was already use to having my work badge, or cell phone there with easy access.
Not gona lie this is bigger than expected, I can fit my wallet, work badge and cell phone and still have some room left.
Fitting on the backback its a little weird, if you use the higher upper shoulder strap it will hit your helmet/face, lower part of the strap its weird and it doesnt feel right.
I use mine right in the middle between the two chest locking mechanism and it works great, it does hit my helmet, and its almost in the same position as my previous backpack.
I would recommend this if you need a little bit of extra space and need to access something quickly.

Nice little add-on for holding essentials
Fits my 5" phone, card holder wallet, cash and keys. It probably won't work too well if you have a fat wallet though. I'm curious why some other reviewers say they can't fit an iPhone, which is markedly smaller than mine. It's a great add-on to my waistpack so I don't have to unfurl the whole thing when I'm at the gas station.
