Great all around leather jacket excellent fit on and off the bike. This jacket looks great and it is very comfortable, it does not ride up one the back unlike most european jackets. Sleeves are just the right length and do not feel long off the bike. My only complaint is that it lacks back zipper for ventilation during hot days. However I did use this jacket in 80+ weather and it was OK. July 21, 2015
bought for winter riding, incredibly warm great flexibility, fit perfectly, very warm in the new England winter. June 1, 2015
Love this jacket I got this in the brown color in a size medium. I am 6'3 and weigh 200 pounds with an athletic build. I tried both the medium and large but the large ended up being too big. The medium was a little tight but it stretched out because it's leather and it now fits perfectly. I get compliments all the time when I'm wearing this jacket. While it does not come with armor I have since added it and I feel that I would be well protected in a crash. The zip out liner gives this jacket good adaptability to the weather. I was plenty warm in it while riding in 40 degree weather in early March, and now with the liner out I am still comfortable in it in 80 degree weather.. May 27, 2015
excelente produto, excedeu espectativas a jaqueta é bonita, estilosa, o couro e grosso e surpreendentemente macio. Pelas medidas do fabricante chegou um pouco larga na cintura e braços, mas nada q comprometa o uso. Recomendo. May 26, 2015
Accident Tested !! Recently I went for a slid into an Apex corner with lose asphalt in the heavy/bucketing rain while driving like a mad man, which resulted in me hitting the guard rail after sliding with the bike falling on top of me.This Jacket Saved me ! there was no damage to the jacket at all. I also purchased the D30 back, elbow & shoulder Armour !! this is a must, after the hitting the ground hard I am so thankful for jacket and Armour and the Boss upstairs :) Huge thank you to the Revzilla team for recommendation and customer service. Oh the jacket is also a big fit, Im a 32/34 waist in jeans 97inch in jacket,M-L t-shirts, purchased a SMALL with plenty of room. May 10, 2015
Weren't lying about american sizing. Man is this jacket awesome. Doesn't come with armor, but the leather is pretty thick, comes with slots for armor, and also very comfortable. I'm in love with this jacket! Only problem I have is the sizing on this jacket. I ordered a Medium, I am 5"11 195lbs, 42" chest and 34" waist I have pretty broad shoulders, but this jacket seems to give me a lot of room for them. This jacket is a true 44-46" at medium I probably should of went with a small since its supposedly a a 38-40, but probably a 40-42, but they are sold out of small. Still an awesome jacket I definitely recommend this jacket just a size smaller than your usual jacket! April 29, 2015
So far so good! I'll preface this review by saying I haven't worn this jacket in warm weather yet... But it's kept me warm in 33° weather and it was perfectly comfortable in 65° as well.. I'm 5-8" and 185-190 lb. I picked up a medium and it fits well, looks good and seems pretty solid .... No complaints at this point, I'll update after warmer weather comes our way! April 6, 2015
Supple, stylish, thick leather for under $300 This is my first moto jacket and I love it. The inner lining is perfect and the leather feels soft but thick. I bought the Joe rocket elbow and shoulder pads with it and they fit in perfectly. The elbow pads sometimes have a hard time staying exactly where they need to be but I think that problem is not specific to this jacket. Super warm, quality zippers, more pockets than you know what to do with and style for days (I got the brown version). To thumbs up for Joe rocket on this one. Cheers. February 24, 2015

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
H A: classic style, full leather, removable liner, pockets for armor (which I'll be adding ASAP). i also rock a white helmet for a little better visibility and i like the white stripes on the black leather. i think it will make it all pop. take a number ladies. will review it when i get it. only concern is size, might need to go up to a medium but supposedly the cuts are pretty generous. i am 5'10" 165, skinny dude - will report. A shopper asked: Is the sizing US or EU? I wear size 56 on Alpinestars leather jacket, what would be the eq on this jacket? Oct 7, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (2) No (0)
Timothy H: Sizing is US. I've never owned an Alpinestars so I can't speak to the comparison. For reference, I'm 5'7" 150lbs athletic build: I own a Dianese textile in size 50 and this jacket in size small;both fit very well, with the joe rocket being slightly larger in the cuff and mid section.

I will say that I love this jacket for the comfort, style, and protection. It's great anywhere up to 75-80F depending on humidity

Michael L asked: What armors fit this jacket? Thanks Oct 6, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (1) No (0)
Sandhya T: I use the Klim shoulder pads they're pretty cheap but the shoulder areas are tiny. I use the Forcefield Net armor for elbows but they just fit. The back protector I have is Forcefield as well however it is the 001 and is short so I modified the back pocket to be shorter so look for a longer than the 001 if you use them for the back protector as well. Justin M asked: How does the jacket perform in warmer weather? Say, above 80 degrees? Apr 28, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Matthew W: I live in Australia and the temperatures are around 26 C (80F) quite often and can get hotter.

I find that wearing this jacket without the inside waterproof liner will help to keep you quite cool whilst cruising around, of course if you were to stop in traffic for any longer than 30 seconds you will start to feel the hear gather inside the jacket but i rode with this jacket on a daily basis and it is a strong durable jacket that can be worn in summer time. You will sweat a bit but on a hot summer day you should expect to sweat.

Im a tradie and whilst wearing this jacket I wore the typical blue collar, yellow fluro, armpit vented collar shirt.

Jason M: i absolutely love this jacket. the jacket is not really designed for very hot weather, but i dont find myself too hot unless im stuck at lights or in traffic. this may not be the same for everyone, but for me the jacket fits perfectly with the liner in. when i took the liner out, it fits more loosely and lets a lot more air at speed. this had the bonus of keeping me cooler than i thought i would be. if you are ONLY looking for a warm weather riding jacket, i would still suggest something vented. if you are looking for one solution across the all riding seasons i would highly recommend this jacket. Martin B: I live in GA where it's above 80F most at least half the year. This jacket has a removable liner that can be used when it's pretty cold outside. However, even with the liner removed, this jacket is pretty warm. You'll be sweating quite a bit when it gets above 80F. The leather is quite heavy, which is good for protection. Plus, it looks really cool. But I'm actually going to buy a lighter jacket to wear in the hot GA summer and keep the Joe Rocket Classic for "rest-of-the-year" riding as well as rides outside the city where wind keeps the temps down. Daniel M: Hey Justin,

This jacket is amazing in cold and hot weather.

In the summer it gets to 40degrees plus here in Sydney, once you take out the winter lining the jacket breathes so well.

Winter,.. I went for a 12hour ride the other day, it went from 17degrees to 4 degrees... It was freezing LOL.

In normal cold weather at 17degrees etc this jacket is perfect and will keep you toastie warm.

John P: I've had this jacket for a year... we have lots of cool weather and I bought 1 size up to be able to layer under it.. Nice Jacket for spring/fall or cool summer days... above 80 way too hot for this jacket IMO. Apr 28, 2015

Sean H: If you remove the liner, its not too bad. However, its still a leather jacket with no vents. If you are looking for a jacket to wear in hot weather, there are better options. Apr 28, 2015

Augusto L: I agree with John. I love the jacket it's awesome, but for my Atlanta summers I dread going below 40 mph or sitting at a light. it will catch up to you Apr 28, 2015

A shopper asked: Is there any ventilation/vents in this jacket??? May 25, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Casey C: The side pockets unzip to reveal a mesh material that is vented which carries through into the whole back of jacket inside the outter leather shell. Also the inner lining zips out to reduce the weight and insulation to the jacket. However, there is not a stand alone back vent on this jacket or any other vents on the sides. May 27, 2014

A shopper asked: Will Icon D30 elbow/shoulder pads fit this jacket? Will the pockets fit most stuff out there or are they relatively small? Thanks!
Also I'm about 5'10" 180. Should I go for small or med?

Daniel M: Hello from down under, to answer your question yes the D30 elbow and shoulder armour does fit and is so ridiculously comfortable you don't realise your wearing armour in the joe rocker jacket!!

I purchased the jacket and elbow , shoulder & back armour from revzilla and shipped it all the way to Sydney Australia not sure if it would fit and not to mention shipping was painfully expensive to make a mistake.

Every Saturday without fail I do 6-12hr rides across Sydney's incredible seaside and country.

The jacket is amazing and so is the armour, the armour and jacket both breathe so well it summer, it's hit 43 degree temperatures, I have also be caught in hail storms and its jacket it warm with the inner winter lining.

With all the researched I have done with the armour I am more than confident if God forbid I fell off I would be protected within reason.

Hope this helps !!

John P: Size - I'm 5'10" and 170 and bought a large/brown so I could wear the liner and a few layers, hoodie/warm shirt, under it for cold weather, the large is plenty big enough for that. Go with the Medium if you live in or want it for warmer weather. It's a real nice jacket... can't ans your question about the pads, I use what came in it and find them to be satisfactory... Jan 28, 2015
Reply to John Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Sandhya T: Elbow is more normal size. Shoulder pad area is tiny.

I am slightly smaller than you and went with a medium. I am happy with the fit but I like it slightly more relaxed. It also depends if you are going to wear lining and what clothes you wear under. With lining and thicker clothes the jacket fits snug on me.

Joseph I: Yes I have them in my jacket right now the shoulders are a tighter fit but once they are in it seems to be fine. Elbows fit easily and the backpad from the same set is perfect. Feb 2, 2015
