this jacket is warm when it needs to be, and breathable when it needs to be. best of both worlds. doesn't hurt that it looks awesome, definitely for those who want to be able to walk into places with what's passable as just a really nice and classy leather jacket, or those that don't care for the power ranger look most jackets tend to imitate nowadays.

Beautiful and sporty, but quality is a little suspect.
I received the jacket within the expected time frame and immediately opened the box. I tried it on and the large fit me perfectly according to the fitment guide.
Since it fit and I liked the look, I removed the tags and put it away. When my wife came home, she wanted to see it, so I put it on and buttoned it up. Upon trying to take off the collar button, the button broke off. It appears that the way the button grommet was pounded down was inadequate and the metal holding it together failed and cracked. In inspecting the jacket further, all the buttons look a little loose, and I'm worried I need to be extra careful when buttoning and unbuttoning. The jacket came with 2 spare buttons, but I now need to find a place that can put it on. Hopefully it won't cost too much.
I wanted to return it for a replacement, but Revzilla is pretty explicit in saying that the tags can't be removed if returning. Like I said it fit and I liked it, so I cut off the plastic thread holding the extra buttons and tags to the jacket. My advice would be to try it on then use all the buttons multiple times and look for loose buttons before cutting the tags off. Good luck with your purchase.

Good quality leather jacket, nice retro and modern look
Being a new rider I was looking for a quality jacket that would not break the bank. I had ordered different jackets but was not happy with the fit of any of the jackets until I came accross this Jacket the 92 Classic. Leather quality is great, I ordered a size medium and the fit was good. My only complaint about this jacket is that putting the armor pads at the elbows were not easy. Otherwise the jacket is great with a nice modern look with a nod to retro cafe styling.

Timothy H:Sizing is US. I've never owned an Alpinestars so I can't speak to the comparison. For reference, I'm 5'7" 150lbs athletic build: I own a Dianese textile in size 50 and this jacket in size small;both fit very well, with the joe rocket being slightly larger in the cuff and mid section.
I will say that I love this jacket for the comfort, style, and protection. It's great anywhere up to 75-80F depending on humidityOct 7, 2013
Casey C:The side pockets unzip to reveal a mesh material that is vented which carries through into the whole back of jacket inside the outter leather shell. Also the inner lining zips out to reduce the weight and insulation to the jacket. However, there is not a stand alone back vent on this jacket or any other vents on the sides. May 27, 2014
