Icon Women's Hooligan 2 Stealth Mesh Jacket

The womens Hooligan2 jacket features all the same features as the mens - durable fighter mesh chassis, padded ballistic elbow overlays, integrated flex panels, CE armor package - but with a feminine fit. The Hooligan2 is a perfect companion for warm weather riding as the relaxed fit mesh chassis allows maximum airflow while still providing enhanced abrasion protection. The padded ballistic nylon overlays further reinforce vulnerable joint areas. Layer underneath the Hooligan2 with your favorite fleece or hoody and youve got a great multi-environment riding jacket.

Fits large in the chest and shoulders/upper arms, elbow pads sit below elbows almost to the wrists, overall very poor fit. Returned jacket.

This jacket fits well and is as advertised to be slimmer than a lot of bike jackets. It feels very durable and the pads, including the back pad, feel like they will offer good protection. The only thing that is a bit off is that it is not as breathable as I expected... but that seems to be sacrificed for the high durability mesh. The pads in the elbows move a bit and take some shifting till they are in the right place, but they generally stay there once its on and adjusted. Overall, like the jacket and like Icon for their quality stuff.

Bought this jacket for my 18 year old daughter. She loves the jacket, and the amount od airflow it gives. The only complaint she has mentioned is that the plastic elbow guards slip/rotate and are uncomfortable. We remedied this by removing them and just relieing on the soft pads.

My wife is 5'3" and we picked this jacket. I suppose if she was riding by herself and seriously concerned about crash safety the pads would have seemed like a good idea, but as it is they seem bulky. Even with them removed the fit was just not very feminine. Maybe for a bustier girl it would fit more naturally, but Im not sure that would be comfortable?That being said, it looks good, just maybe avoid this if you are a shorter girl.

This jacket is awesome. As a girl, I wanted to find a snug fit that was stylish and breezy. The only reason that this isn't an excellent rating is because the armor on the right elbow seems jacked and too tight...almost defective. Everything else is perfect - it's lightweight, internal pocket (w/ St. Christopher...how thoughtful is that!?!), and protective. Simply put, I feel like a motor vixen in this jacket. ;)
The sizes run large though and this jacket sells out pretty quickly...good sign that it's a good buy. It's worth the wait.

its very light weight. Good ventilation. I absolutely love how it fits and the best part of it was the speedy shipment. I got my jacket in 2 business days!
FYI: jacket appears to be dark grey in photo but it is black. (For those of you who are thinking of passing up this selection)
