Mass Shrinkage After reading reviews, I purchased my regular size 34, After washing these pants shrank so much in length and waist they are now un-wearable. Knee protection not in the proper place, much to the inside and quite annoying. October 2, 2015
Good overall pants I like these pants a lot. They are comfortable and relatively inexpensive for what you get. Sure there are a lot of pants that are maybe half the price of these, but the other ones don't really seem much more beneficial over regular jeans to me. The only problems I have with these is fitment. I usually wear size 34"-36" depending on make and I got a size 36" for these. They definitely fit on the snug side, but not terrible. I would say that it may be good to go up an inch from your usual size. On the other hand, they also run very long, as in several inches long. (I'm 6' tall) However, this presents less of a problem than you'd expect as the legs are relatively slim fit and won't drag under your boots/shoes. The only real downside is that the knee pads hang low, almost at the shin when standing. When I mount my bike, I just pull my pants up a little higher and it lines up the knee pads as well as gives more space around the hip/crotch region. If you're tall and skinny then these will be perfect. One other issue that I have is that the knee pads tend to migrate to the insides of my kneecaps and I feel that if I were to fall, the outsides would definitely be hitting the ground. Maybe I just have weird knees. September 10, 2015
Nice pants, comfortable and great styling. I was looking for some riding jeans that were comfortable for a larger person and that were insulated. I like the liner in these pants, very soft feeling. I had a button that attaches to the liner at the waist fall out but no biggie since the liner is also zipped in. I'd say the sizing is a little on the large size but still accurate enough that I wouldn't size down or up either way. One annoyance is the jeans have started to lose their color at the knees but that doesn't affect the performance of the product. May 22, 2015
Ready to ride in the cold. The pants do run long but, a comfortable with the insulation worn. A very good quality pant. November 11, 2014
Order a size up than you normally wear. Just got my icons today and they were definitely on the small side I could just fit in them but they were skin tight. I didn't try it but they would have pretty much make it impossible to sit on bike while wearing (and my bike has an upright riding position) with the liner in or out so they were equally as tight. So I recommend you do what I did and going one size up from what you normally wear in jeans and they will most likely fit you perfectly. November 3, 2014
These jeans are a must have. I got these at the same time as the hooligan pants. The are the next level in my opinion. I am wearing them in the summer with the insulated layer removed. They are very comfortable with or without the knee pads. June 23, 2014
poor quality denim Had these jeans about 3 months and experienced catastrophic crotch failure. Went to throw my leg over my bike and...riiiiip! Would not recommend and this experience has me thinking twice about buying icon denim again. March 27, 2014
Nice.......But They are Made in China. Fit is the same as regular jeans. Little on the long side. If you are looking for the best protection. Save your money and buy some LEATHER. March 3, 2014

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Richard L: To be protected from the early morning chill, along with the knee protection. Sep 2, 2015
minh t: use this with longer rides with compromising style and protection. Jun 23, 2015
Felix R: Not only does it offer protection in the winter but with the removable insulated liner offers more season wear. May 15, 2015
Dane S: These particularly caught my eye because the stye/cut is similar to the normal jeans I wear and I also like that they come with a removable thermal liner so i can use them in the fall/winter as well as in the spring/summer. Still need a more hardcore pant for the really bitter cold or rainy days but for 90% of my riding these will always be my first choice. Wanted more protection than my plain jeans esp. knee armor without fully surrendering style for function with a full on motorcycle pants. Nov 2, 2014
Nicholas E: My friend has a pair and loves them. Good price, good fit. Oct 12, 2014

Cedric B asked: Do the pants stretch out / loosen up or shrink? My 32 fits quite tightly and I'm pretty sure the next size up will be too large, so I need to decide whether to return them or not. Do the pants get looser over time? Do they shrink when you first wash them? Jul 30, 2014

Jonathan B: Yes........ Yes they do. They got pretty tight on the couple of washes.

Aaron M asked: I am wondering if these pants are wind resistant and insulated enough to ride in 40 degree weather and still feel comfortable; or at least not too chilly for a ride to and from work that lasts about 30 minutes? Thank you! Oct 15, 2015
