Wife loves this coat
Bought for my wife. She would normally have bought a medium for a slightly looser fit but for the purpose of protection the small is perfect. Even with the armor in it can still fit a sweatshirt. The jacket is heavy and high quality. Looks very stylish even for the 40-50 crowd. Lots of compliments. The St Christopher medal gives it an over the top feel of comfort and protection.

This jacket is EXPENSIVE!
But I ended up buying it anyway because this is the only jacket that does not make me look like a box.
Many other jackets I tried makes me look boxy, like I don't have a waist, or like I had stuffed my tummy area. This jacket accentuates curves…
However, it does not have external pockets… I expect it would spoil the lines of the jacket. It has one big inner pockets (I put phone and earplugs in there), and a zippered pocket, both on the left side of the jacket. I took out the inner vest, so when I have my phone in the jacket, because of how soft the leather is, you can see the outline of my phone against my body.
I did find that I have to go up one size for the jacket, maybe because of how figure hugging it is. Typically a small, I chose medium for this jacket, because I wanted to be able to wear a few more layers underneath for cold weather.
The leather is soft too. The inner layer is a baby-blue colored cotton/satin-like vest (i.e. doesn't extend down the arms). However, the stitching is not the highest quality. If you search around the forums, you will find that ICON seems to be known for bad stitching. lots of loose threads and ends.
Also, it took me a while to realize, but one of the inner lining in the sleeves was not stitched properly. There is gaping hole. I know I did not rip that hole because the hole is right at where the stitching should be. However, this is such an obscure spot that I did not notice it when I bought the jacket (unless I had turn the sleeves inside out to check). I contacted customer service, and I need to send it back, and then they will send it to ICON, and the whole process will take 6-8 weeks. In the end, I decided to just suck it up and had the hole repaired at a local tailor for ten bucks.

Great fit and very comfortable
The jacket has nice thick leather and is very comfortable. One of the few jackets to actually fit me. I'm 5'8 with a long slender torso and the small fit perfectly. Most other jackets were too boxy or too short. Air flow through the jacket is minimal, but that is to be expected as it is solid leather. The one downside is the lack of exterior handwarmer pockets. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this jacket.
