Great Air Flow. You forget you have it on. Quite light, and air flow is great. The protective pads are strong but allow you to move without any restrictions. If you are leaning over the shoulder pads can get in the way of turning your head with a full faced helmet. No pockets was annoying because some days I had no where to put my keys depending on the pants I was wearing. August 19, 2014
Fits the bill. I am 6' and just shy of 190lbs. I got the large, and sort of wish I'd gotten the XL. It's JUST good enough that it's not worth it to me to send it back. The sleeves are a tad short and if I got fat, I'd have to step up. These are made for kind of slender guys. However, that does keep the mesh from bunching up and restricting air flow, and all the armor is in pretty much the right position (shoulder and elbow pads are a little high, I have broad shoulders and long arms; but if I had the XL, it would be baggy in the waist. same old story) All in all, great for the money and I have no doubts about its abilities to do what it is designed to do. I'd recommend it. August 14, 2014
Highly adjustable fit, solid build I love the jacket and the medium fits me well (6' 175lb). Great for summer sport touring and I just add layers under/over as needed. I got the white and it looks great, and I get compliments and questions from time to time. July 28, 2014
No regrets Bought this at the last minute for a 4 day camping/dualsport trip because the weather was going to be hot. All I had up to that point was my Rev'it armored jacket, which is a great product but too hot for offroad riding when the temps get above 80. The Titan jacket gave me great protection, but was so much cooler! With a motorcycle jersey on top, it was like riding in a T-shirt. Made the ride way more enjoyable. July 21, 2014
As Advertised I've worn the Fox "Jacket" on one road trip. It fits small so it is snug. All the armor is in the right places so in the event I ever to need it, it should be there. The design allows you to tighten the jacket as needed to fit you. I'm 6'7" and 245 lbs and not a long torso; it could have been a little longer to make it a bit more comfortable. Overall, it does what I was looking for; protection under my riding jacket. July 7, 2014
Great Love it. It fits me perfectly. I would recommend anyone to buy June 27, 2014
Good Product This item is dope! Good airflow, durable but not bulky when riding. Nice little substitute from wearing the leather jacket on a hot day. Snug fit....VERY SNUG! Like others have posted, opt for one size larger when ordering. Overall, good product! June 16, 2014
Good gear, versatile piece of safety equipment. I have not, nor do I intend to crash test this. I will again have a dual sport bike and this will be good when that day comes again. But for now I am on my sport touring bike. I was looking to upgrade my jacket and equipment for a 2000 mile four day trip. My textile jacket has armor but the back is that thin foam they all come with and should be upgraded and it gets hot. I would like to buy a higher end textile jacket but even good ones need armor upgrades adding to cost and there are still days when mesh or rain are the better idea. I like layering with ski and other clothing. As a former ski patrolman I have coped with all types of weather conditions and would figure out what gear works. With this jacket I reasoned I could put textile, mesh, leather, rain gear or a jersey over it and have protection with chest and a large back protector, and not be out $500 to $800 for a jacket that I might not want to wear every ride and most likely would want an armor upgrade. The XXL fit me, 6', 230# not a big gut, without adjustment. It goes on and off very easily so I could take it off before going into a convenience store and not look like a linebacker or packing a shotgun. I like the kidney belt and large back protection and it is very comfortable. I wore it under a leather jacket and hi-viz vest for the trip with temps from 48 to 85. The leather was warm at 85, but not at highway speeds. This jackets breathes very well. I wore it 4 days covering 2000 miles on interstate and the two lanes of WV and OH. This jacket allows me to layer depending on the ride and conditions. When a Lexus SUV on I-84 in Waterbury, CT decided to slide into my left lane without bothering to notice my red pants and orange vest that makes me look like a highway construction barrel I was glad to have this under the leather in the event of a get off. So I am all for looking like a linebacker for protection. It is way better than a T shirt and leather vest I see so often. (The wife says it looks like a superhero. I love her.) May 29, 2014

Imran E: great reviews and comfortable to wear Oct 8, 2014
Alan J: Need a little more protection for off road excursions. Sep 22, 2014
Nicholas T: hot weather dual sport riding Sep 13, 2014

Gentil N: protection and quality of mfg. Jun 6, 2014
Binu J: For safety May 7, 2014
Blake A: Needed a jacket to replace a cheap mesh one with lame protection. Jackets are a mixed compromise of features, liners, range of use and protection. In ski gear I want quality gear with ability to layer. Purchasing this to use primarily for street under a leather jacket or a textile one or rain gear or a Klim jersey depending on weather. I think it provides protection and flexibility. Most moderately priced jackets need a protection upgrade making them less cheap. May 2, 2014
Gary w: This was the right size, and price - plus I know Fox has a good name in motorcycle gear. Apr 23, 2014
Jason F: Wanted more complete upper body protection for riding my dualsport, wanted more than just a chest protector for the street portions of the ride to and from the dirt. Apr 13, 2014
Azeez A: good reviews & style Apr 2, 2014
J T: price was pretty good for the look and protection. i had wore it too many time, it's a bit to much hassle to strap on for everyday riding. Mar 21, 2014
karl r: I chose this for off-road/adv/dualsport because it was cheaper than competitors, rated more highly by customers, and has a more aggressive look. I'm 6'0, 185lbs, 38" chest, 33" waist, and ordered a large. I'll review the fit when it's received. Mar 20, 2014
Gary P: I am quite large 6'5" 260 lbs and this thing fits me well. I was also looking for some hot weather armor, and feel the mesh is the ticket. Mar 14, 2014
James S: Wanted a protective rig for my trail riding. This thing rocks. Super comfortable and fits like a glove, super protective, seems well made. Besides, it was from Revzilla. They are like a bunch of crack dealers. Once you try their stuff, you just can't stop buying more of it. Mar 10, 2014
Stephen L: Appears to be ultralight and great airflow. I need for riding in Thailand :) Feb 28, 2014
N O: because of the ratings on your website Feb 22, 2014
S C: I needed a heavily ventilated garment for mountain biking. Internet reviews rated this very high. I am very pleased with the ventilation and protection. I would recommend without reservation. Feb 21, 2014
Richard L: cos it looks cool, and my Fox broke and I had to toss it. Feb 15, 2014
Juan V: Recommendations from users Feb 13, 2014
Obed J: My kid want me to be safe and survive a crash so they picked it after reading the reviews. My kids are 16 an 15 so they know what they see. Feb 12, 2014
Giancarlo G: Great price and reviews. I am getting into dual sport riding and need some dirt protection! Jan 6, 2014
Steve O: Looks comfy. Dec 31, 2013
Johnnie B: Yes! Perhaps, my favorite armored shirt! Very pleased with this product. I have used it during thousands of miles of riding. Great for those warmer days when you want protection but can't take the highway heat AND a heavy riding jacket. I also use this armored shirt at times in the winter under my riding jacket. For me, this is a MUST HAVE piece of equipment. Nov 4, 2013
Roy B: I live in the desert and ride all year round in full gear. Although I wear a mesh jacket, the idea of riding with something that it one step lighter but still offers good protection is very appealing. It won't replace my mesh jacket but on those days when it is 110 degrees or above, I think it will be a good alternate - certainly better than just riding with a T-shirt. It also got good reviews on quality. Oct 17, 2013
Ahmad S: Armored jackets are protective and in addition don't bother me with the hot weather in Cairo cause of the perforations, so for me are ideal in riding conditions here Sep 6, 2013
Jesse B: Looks great, and all the positive reactions made me decide to choose this one in particular. Aug 28, 2013
A shopper asked: How bulky does the jacket make you look wearing a sweater over it? Aug 31, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Sylvain P: You know, I've never tried it that way. What I can tell you is that it's quite warm during very hot days but offers the protection I need. I'm a beginner in this sport and not 20 years old anymore. I felt that it was necessary for me to have maximum protection to prevent injuries. So far, it has done that numerous times!!! After a while, you don't notice it anymore. It doesn't restrict your movement and provides considerable air flow during not so warm days. Hope this has helped. Sep 3, 2013

MELVIN B: Never tried, have worn my tourmaster coat over it and it was not so different than the padding that came with the jacket, but felt more protected and when it warmed up, the padding can be left in place and th jacket removed. I imagine youd look a bit like a line backer. Sep 6, 2013
Reply to MELVIN Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
john k: The arms and shoulders wouldn't be too bulky, but the chest and especially the back could be a little bulky with a sweater. It depends on the sweater though, because with an mx jersey over it, and on hot days just a T-shirt under it, I'm happy with it! Sep 4, 2013

James A: I think it all depends on your physique. I'm short and stocky so for me it looks like a little more heft. My riding buddy is tall and slender and when he wears it you barely notice. Sep 3, 2013

DAMON O: It does add some bulk. You certainly won't be fooling anyone that you're not wearing armor. It works great, but you pretty much look like a football player in it. Sep 3, 2013

PenguinScotty: I bought a large and i weigh at LEAST 20 pounds more than you. The fit is snug, but alright, the only problem i have is that the belly tends to... erm... kinda go free.

So for you, i would say a Large is fine. It's snug, quite snug, but you don't want the padding to move around. Unless you have similar belly problems as me, you should be fine!

A shopper asked: is this thing applicable for street use? will it be comfortable? how does it compare to a-star bionic jacket? Jun 16, 2011
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Ben R: If you wear a STREET motorcycle specific leather jacket on top of it, sure.
Or a textile jacket that is rated for STREET abrasion resistance (like REVIT gear or MotoPort)

I wear it on my dirtbike to protect from getting rocks and branches stuck into my back, elbows, forearms etc... But if you had on a thick abrasion resistant street leather, you could wear this underneath.

I could see someone using it if they were learning low speed stunting, like wheelies and stoppies etc..

I wouldn't use it on the street by itself though, definitely need leather on top. Without the leather on top, this stuff would just rip off of you and leave you naked.

AttilaWolf: It's pretty comfortable and it's equipped well enough for street use but I just don't think that the quality is there. The back protector is held on by a bunch of plastic rivets. They started popping out the first time I wore it. I am going to return it and will probably be getting that same AStar bionic jacket. Good luck! Sep 17, 2011

purpleninja1955: I have'nt seen the a- star bionic jacket to compare the two, but I do have the Titan racing Jacket and I,m VERY satisfied with it. It is VERY comfortable when wearing and riding, very light weight, and it stretches if you want to put it over another type of jacket. I would recomend this jacket to any level rider. May 7, 2012

Stevan P: This is a great option for the street and would be at home under most street wear. Both the Titan and Bionic 2 feature CE rated protection, however, the Bionic 2 has slightly more lower back protection and is connected by adjustable non-slip ladder lock buckles as opposed to the velcro on the Titan. reehata: i wouldn't wear it on the street. it's mostly mesh with plastic armor stitched or riveted on. I think once it hits asphalt it will be torn to bits. i think this is more comfortable then the a-star. plus it has better armor and more of it. Aug 13, 2011

A shopper asked: does it protect collar bone? cause I don't see any plastic plate in that area Sep 25, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
eliseo a: No it doesnt,
but normally you get hurt on the collar bone when fall on your side and there are the proteccions that helps for less injury.
last february i felt down and broke just one ribe bone, thanks God I was wearing this jacket....

Eric L: I broke my collarbone in it, but I think I would have in any armor - they are not designed to protect a blunt impact on the shoulder that hard. On the good side I had no punctures or abrasions :-) Nov 1, 2013

Joseph T: No. Great protection for the price and the shoulder padding extends up the trap muscle a bit, it does not have plate over the collar bone area. Sep 25, 2013

Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Jon L: Hi Juan,
You are taller and skinnier than I am so I am not sure how to answer your question. I am 5'9 tall and weigh 180 lbs. My legs are relatively short (inseam 30") and my torso is long. I wear the XL and it fits me perfectly. Good luck. The Fox Titan is a GREAT product and Revzilla stands behind their stuff so if you order the wrong size to begin with, I am sure they will take care of you. Also, you might want to look at the Leatt Adventure Body Protector for comparison.

Juan V: Hello.

I am 6'2 and 176 lbs and ordered size L. It fits me very well. It will fit you if you do not have a big belly. It is designed for slim bodies. Arm lenght it is not a problem. It is a really great product, very confortable and you feel fresh everytime.

I do recommend to buy a underwear t-shirt. I bought one from Answer.

John N: Probably not. I'm 6' 165lbs with arms slightly long for my height and a (L) fits me perfectly. I'd be a little concerned that the waist line would ride high for you but if that dimension isnt a concern than go for it. It does have straps that you can tighten so it might be safer to go XL. john k: I'm 5'9", 195, 44" chest, 34 waist, and I wear a large.
It's very adjustable, and I'm at the upper end of the
straps. You should be ok with large, and the belt should be
a perfect fit.

Chris K: This jacket is great for impact protection, but doesn't really provide any abrasion resistance. You would need some sort of jacket or protective shell to go overtop of it. Aug 10, 2011

Ahmad S: Yes, l think a size small would be more than enough for you. The product is easily maneuverable and very comfortable. I had an issue with the arm length, but simply tucking them up was more than enough. A few minutes on the bike you won't even notice its there. Mar 23, 2014

A shopper asked: Hello I have a couple of questions, I live in Israel and currently I'm working as a pizza delivery guy on a 125 CC scooter riding around town and when business is slow i'm helping around the kitchen.
Can you wear only the Fox titan when riding around town in speeds up to 80 km\h
1. without a jacket or other "abrasion defense" on your torso?
2. How long does it take to put on and take off?
I also want to buy pants so after some research I chose the AGV Sport Airtex Pants, Will it be better to wear these pants with their "matching" jacket, the AGV Sport AirTex Jacket?

Basically, I just want to know if wearing only the fox titan on paved roads will be safer than wearing only the AGV Sport AirTex Jacket.

Thank you!

James A: The Fox Titan jacket is really intended for off road use. It's a really snug fit and has very little abrasion protection. A good mesh jacket will provide all around better protection and comfort if you ride in warm weather greater than 75F. If you ride in cool weather then you might go with a textile jacket that has some ventilation panels for warmer days.
I have the Revit Airwave Jacket as well as a Cortech textile jacket. I like them both a lot.
I have no opinion on pants.
