Checks all the boxes
I have a 2013 Aprilia Shiver & after riding Harley baggers for 10+ years, I knew right away that I needed some kind of storage to carry items... Hat, water bottle, rag, jacket, etc...
I did not want saddle bags to a tank bag so a tail bag was the answer. I looked at the OEM tail bag for $200+.... Very nice but a little too big for my tastes & a little to pricey. So I went online to the Aprilia forum & a lot of people there suggested Krieger bags.... But I rally didn't like them as they were just a flat bag you bungee to the tail. I searched Revzilla & read all the reviews.... But I kept coming back to this Fly bag... Plus it was discounted! I really liked that the bungees were already built into the bag in an "X" under the bag so there is a hook at each corner of the bag tha I then attach to the bike. The bag is expandable & comes with a rain cover & little bungee cord protectors that I slipped over the ends to protect the finish on the bike. I attach an additional bungee across the entire bag because I prefer it that way but it is not really necessary. In my opinion, Fly tail bag is a quality Tail bag at a bargain price. If you are reading this & looking for a tail bag, I would give the Fly tail bag a close look.... It checks all the boxes for me!

I bought this bag for my Yamaha V-Star 250. I like the overall size, it's not too bulky on my small bike. I can fit my purse, lunch and a few small items. A very well constructed bag. I was not able to use the provided bungee straps to mount it to my bike. I went to Walmart and purchased some straps for $4 in the outdoor section. I was able to secure it by taking off the passenger seat and strapping it to the frame under the front seat and license plate holder. Works great now!

Steve H: Was looking for something with the capacity of my Kuryakyn Toombstone bag without the weight (8lbs.) Saw this bag @ a LBS for the same price but saved the tax with Revzilla. Sorry LBS. Will serve double duty on my '05 Ninja 250R, and my '07 Ducati Multistrada.Jan 30, 2015
Richard G: I was looking for a tail bag that could attached with bungee cords to my Honda CRF 250L, which has mounting hardware that appears suited just for this type of bag. We will see how it plays out when it gets here.Aug 31, 2014
