Fly Grande Saddlebags
happy with product
The ones that got "good " is because I haven't had the item long enough to make a honest opinion

Good bags, questionable durability
I bought these to work with my SV650 (which is a little fat on the rear end) and they do fit and work, but there is some placement issues with the bags. First, the support straps are designed so the strap comes down vertically into the support stitching. This requires the bag to be perfectly straight, and not 'tilt in' toward the reat wheel. If the bags are placed 'high' in relation to the support platform, the strap will come in horizontally and pull against the stitching improperly. Or, if the bag tilts, the strap will be coming in horizontally (to the bag) and will be pulling improperly against the stitching. The fix is rather easy to keep the bags a little lower and add some sort of support but this does cause me to question the durability of this product without additional mods to the bike.
Otherwise, the product is excellent with heavy zippers, heavy fabric that seems it would shed moisture independantly from the provided slip on covers, incredible storage and a clean appearance.
I will be adding a small metal bracket of sorts to prevent any 'tilt' and would reccomend this product.

FLY Grande saddlebags
I was able to modify these bags to fit my needs quite easily. They seem to be designed for a sport bike and to ride high with no pannier rack needed. Good quality and great customer support from FLY. I modified them to fit lower down on my pannier racks.

Definitely the best saddle bags for the price. They look small initially but they expand to a perfect size. The rain covers work well and the reflective strips on the side are great. They're very easy to install. I'd recommend this product.

Good amount of storage
I have owned these bags for a year, 500-1000 miles with them on the bike (01 ZRX1200R). I bought them because they had the most storage I could find and they do have a good amount of storage. The waterproof covers work very good most notably I rode 15 miles on the highway in heavy rain, as in cars and semis slowing down do to serious lack of visibility, and they did not let in water unlike my Joe rocket alter ego 3.0 jacket that I was wearing at the same time. The finish could be nicer (loose threads) but for the money and storage its not to bad. They install easy and stay in place even when loaded down. Overall I would say a decent set of soft bags to throw on your bike when needed. I am unsure of how they would hold up to daily use, but I also bought the fly grande tank bag that pretty much lives on my bike and its held up well.
