I got this for DS riding in the local state forests. It offers great fit and awesome breathability, but falls a bit short for protection. That's a shame, because it does fit so well. I love the full zip and the kidney belt. It is easy to get in and out of. Chest protection seems on the low side, it really needs better coverage up front. However, it has awesome back coverage. Shoulder and arm protection are also pretty good. For the money, this is a good value.

Oren A asked:Confused about what size to get. I have 36" chest but narrow waist. According to the waist size chart I should get S or M. According to the chest size chart I should get L. What would be best for me?Oct 27, 2014
Janet F:A 36" chest is a M (33-36") or L (36-39"). If you're broad shouldered go with the L. If you have a lighter frame buy the M. Ignore the waist dimension. The kidney belt has elastic and Velcro - extremely adjustable! Good timing on your question - I wore my G6 for the first time this weekend, trail riding in the NJ Pine Barrens. Very comfortable.Oct 27, 2014
