Stylish and Functional
Got the white and black shoes. I dig the nod to the Axial Pro styling. They're very light weight and flow a good bit of air. Great fit and comfortable. I really like this shoe and would buy again. I'm not a fan of all Dainese shoes but this one really stands out.

Great shoes!!
Very good quality! Shoes feels sturdy and comfortable. Wish these had a strap at the top though. But great shoes!... Just ordered the white ones too!

Excellent Shoe
I've logged about 2,500 miles of riding in these shoes. I've found them to be very comfortable to the point where I barely notice that I'm wearing motorcycle shoes when I'm off the bike. Breathability is excellent and the shoes look even better in person. The one minor complaint that I have (and this may be due to my riding technique) is that Dainese used a flap of leather right above the toes where the laces start and occassionally I find this flap catching on the clutch. Overall, this is an excellent shoe that I've enjoyed wearing and would purchase these again without hesitation.

Dainese doesn't disappoint !!
High quality shoes. i usually wear full boots when i ride, but i wanted something i could wear to ride to work and just jump off the bike and go. these will do the trick, they blend in and don't look like terminator boots. they should provide good protection in the event of a low side as they protect the ankle, heel, and front of foot. very comfortable and don't feel akward walking around. haven't tried them on the bike yet but they seem like they will do very good with the controls (definately better than boots). great value for the price.

Great casual shoes with a few riding functions
I bought this shoe for my commute to work which is only about a 15 minute ride. I don't think you need to see the review to know that this shoe is not intended to have LOTS of protection, but it does function better than a basketball shoe. The soles are sturdy enough to be riding shoes, and in an event of a crash I have a feeling it'll keep by heel from being crushed. The ankle protection is however minimal. If your going to be doing lots of riding I suggest you look for a real riding boot. I bought this shoe because of it's "office acceptable" design and comfort when teaching. (Since I'm standing for the whole day, it's not comfortable with racing boots on)

High on style, low on protection
This is a stylish shoe with a toe guard.
You get about as much protection as a high top basketball shoe.
I would recommend this shoe if you're looking for great looks, light weight, and motorcycle boot styling cues. If you want to actually improve protection around your foot and ankle, you'll want to steer clear of these IMO.
What's slightly off-putting to me is the carbon fiber insert that's in a stylized shape, rather than in a shape that provides meaningful coverage for your foot. This shoe is the embodiment of style over substance.
That said, it's a good style -- and there's nothing inherently wrong with motorcycle boot cues :)

Does what I need
Good points:
* Very stylish, can easily wear to work.
* Comfortable. Have worn all day.
* Light.
* Breathable.
Improvements:
* Very high lip. Irritating to get in and out of.
* Runs small. Usually wear a 9.5-10(43), buy had to get
A 10.5(44)
* Laces. I'd rather they had used Velcro. Not much room to tuck.
General:
I bought these shoes for all day wear to work, and after an initial exchange to size up I am happy with them. They suit my purpose just fine. The boots look great, have ok protection (better than my regular shoes), and feel comfortable all day. They are a bit annoying to put on, but while the lip is high, the front is very elastic so it's easy to pull over your foot. Not a boot you can just slide into though... A bit stiff at first, but after a few days of wear they have softened up nicely and fit very well. I would size up if I ordered another shoe from dianese, but all in all this boot does what I need and I am happy with it.

Great summer commuter shoe
I picked these up after deciding that riding all summer in my Dainese Nighthawk Goretex boots wasnt going to work. The airflow is very good and they look pretty good just walking around too.
