A special core in Crash Absorb® shock absorbing material works in synergy with the integrated honeycomb structure of the plates, providing this touring protector with excellent shock absorbing properties. Through this innovative structure, the Back shield air Level 2 meets the stringent requirements of the standard EN 1621.2 lev.2. Extreme thermal comfort is guaranteed by the micro perforations of the plates and perforated Crash absorb® material which, combined with double jersey mesh liner, maximizes breathability of the protector.

Very comfortable great protection. After trying the size 8, i found it to be too long and it would push the back of my helmet foward if I tilted my head back slightly, so i exchanged it for a size 7 which is now very comfortable, it fits under my dainese textile air jacket and I wear a size 50. I never leave home without this back protector, i feel naked riding without it. This new back protector looks a lot better than the older versions in my opinion and offers the same if not better protection. November 12, 2012
excellent!!! its super light, well constructed, very comfortable, takes the shape of the back arch, covers most of the back, very stylish, you can wear this outside of the jacket and it wont look like an ugly turtle shell. very happy with the purchase. excellent air flow! June 8, 2012
