Shorter than expected; Expensive hiking sock
These, to me, are just like a hiking sock, though a bit more expensive, advertised, as a 'motorcycle' sock. I could be wrong, and am opening myself up to criticism on this one, but then again, I'm not claiming to be a sock expert. ;)
Looks like a great sock other than coming up short on length and the change in my pocket after purchasing.

Shorter than I'd like
I'm generally pleased with these socks, but I wish they'd come up higher on my legs. I didn't want the knee-length ones, but these are just about two inches too short to really stay up without slipping down.

Good, comfortable socks. But ...
Beware of any velcro on your boot catching the material on the sock! Fizzes up the material.
These socks are good -- not entirely sure what to make of them, but they are confortable, thin but seem durable, definitely breathable. They seem to lose a little softness after washing.
Overall, satisfied.

great summer socks
i was using normal cotton socks with my dainese boots with temps above 80degrees and the sock would be damp. but with these socks my feet are dry and comfortable with the added cushion. the socks even have a left and right label. worth the $$$.

Great Socks
I recently purchased a pair of waterproof ankle high riding shoes. Because of the goretex liner my feet got very warm and clammy. Thought i would take a chance on "tech" socks.
Couldn't believe the difference. Feet are dry and very comfortable. Highest temperature ridden in is 85*, but they are so much better than regular socks, I'm sure when it gets hotter my feet will be OK.
Bought a second pair.

I'm debating between purchasing the mid and knee-high socks. I am currently using the knee-high alpinestars sock and it stops a few inches below the knee, yet it's high enough to cover the upper part of my boot.
