Great, aggressive, protective gloves
Definitely the most protective pair of gloves I have owned; look (in 'nero') like something out of Mad Max more than a regular pair of race gloves. between the knuckle and back of hand armour, the distortion control on the little finger, and the very solid palm slider. Takes a little bit to get used to riding in them because of this, especially all the protection on the back of the hand. Venting is relatively minimal, but that just makes the gloves solider.
Fingers are longer than average, and the gloves take a little bit of break-in. I'm working on that steadily, and the fingers do seem to be stretching out a bit to fit my very long-fingered hands. I regularly wear an XL or XXL to get gloves to fit in the fingers, and I'm wearing an XL here and just need a /little/ stretch that seems to be coming as I ride in them.
While they're extremely expensive gloves, I value my hands. As an occasional (and sadly slower than I'd like!) trackday rider, these will definitely be my goto for any sort of aggressive riding. For regular day-to-day, I'll probably default to a slightly lighter pair.

Definitely one of the best...
I've had my Dainese Full Metal RS gloves for about a month now, and I'd say that they're fully broken in. In terms of quality of construction, they're second to none, absolutely the best.
One aspect that I really like about these gloves, is the attention to detail when it comes to protection, along with the styling of the features themselves. The metal over the knuckles, the guard on the outer palm of the hand, and the reinforcement where at the little finger knuckle are things that they didn't have to bother with, but went the extra step with.
In terms of air flow, the gloves definitely breathe very well, and it's been a bit chilly as of late (high 40's to high 50's), and at these temperatures at highway speed, the hands definitely get a bit cold, but in temperatures at 60 degrees and up, I'm sure the airflow will be amazing.
One thing about the gloves in terms of comfort and fit, is that I feel that they're rubbing the outer half of my backhand a bit unnaturally. Otherwise, they fit well. My only complaint would be the price, because let's be honest, $350 is a lot to spend on a pair of gloves. I also own a pair of Alpinestars GP Pro gloves, and those are great at $250. You definitely get a bit more with the Dainese Full Metal RS, but like I said, it's up to you to decide if $350 is really worth it.

to cool for iceland
easy brake inn.been riding inn iceland in winter -6*c (21*f).
did not get too cold.the air flow is minimal with tight clost fingers.

Nice upgrade to Full Metal Pro
I own a pair of the Dainese Full Metal Pro gloves and in comparison, the Full Metal RS are a nice upgrade. There is now more protection and comfort. The leather in the palms is thicker, yet it doesn't take away from the lever feel. On the right glove, there are now brake lever pads on the index and middle fingers. Internally, the RS have more comfortable material. I like the added sliders on the wrist cuff and thumb. Overall, they just "feel" more protective as well. I'm wearing a size large and the fit is spot on. The quality is outstanding and the styling goes well with my other Dainese gear.

Great Gloves
I got to these after trying several different gloves from Dainese and, although expensive, they are well worth the investment. The protection is fantastic, air flow adequate and I do like the styling. I would rather the kevlar liner was not visible as the ragged yellow edge makes them look like there are quality issues with the stitching (there are not).
With regards to size, I have found that other Dainese gloves fit me perfectly when I first put them on but when curled my hand round the grips on the bike, the fingers were too short which became uncomfortable after a while. With these they are a little long in the finger which means a perfect fit when gripping the bike.

Full Metal Pro RS Gloves
The Full Metal Pro RS Gloves is the upgraded version of the original Pro.
Added features:
-Sliders to the thumb and the wrist
-An upgraded palm slider
-Elastications to the thumb and the third digit.
-Leather flap to protect and keep the strap in place
-Added grip pads to the index/middle finger for the throttle (only right hand)
-Added style touches
As with anything Dainese, these gloves are very well built and styled.
Fingers are a bit long for my hand, I have wide feet and palms.
The added wrist slider for the top side of the gloves are nice but I don't think they interface with the hard part protection of Dainese race jackets.
It may be because I wore an underlayer, mid layer, removable jacket liner and the jacket itself under the glove, but it was quite difficult to pull the gloves all the way up. But I'm convinced it won't be as much a problem after braking in.
