great product, love the expansion ability. This bag arrived very quickly. Looks very good on my Buell 1125. Getting all the straps to shorten up enough took a bit of doing but by cutting a little here and combining a little there, I got the bag rigged so I can remove and reinstall in under 30 seconds. Very happy so far. The bag's ability to expand has really come in handy several times already. It actually surprised me how much I could stuff into this bag. For the money, awesome buy. March 9, 2015
Gen2 hayabusa First let me say that this bag is very well built. Quality a finish are best in class, as always from Cortech. The mounting is where it falls short. The clips that are attached to the bag side are to long so it is impossible to get the thing tight. I spent 2 hours trying every rigged up way I could think of and it was still not secure. It may work for other bikes but for a 2008+ hayabusa it is just not good. As always revzilla customer service was great. Took the product back for a full refund. I had high hopes for this bag. Kind of disappointed. February 11, 2015
Love it for my '14 Ninja 650R! Got my 24L version as a gift and love it! It expands for more room by unzipping the side panels. There's enough pockets and I did have to use my enclosed rain cover for the tail bag. Once secured it's easy to unbuckle the bag. The bag has a nice protective pad on the bottom and the straps have protective material so your paint won't rub off. . . .just secure properly. I like how you can adjust the straps. Nice low profile and nice design. February 4, 2015
great product have used this tool bag for 3 weeks. Great for every day use. December 1, 2014
Great luggage option for Sport Bikes!` After 5 years of owning my Cortech sport tailbag, it was time to move on.. the Super 2.0 is great and the mounting system is even better than the old bungee hook system. Initial setup takes a bit but once the strap length is figured out it's pretty easy on and off. I have the larger size with the expandable sides and I'm glad I paid the extra cash for it. November 15, 2014
Very well made bag Great tail bag for a sport bike. Easy to install. Well made materials. Looks great, like it was made for the bike (I have a Honda cb500f). November 10, 2014
Great tail bag I got the expandable bag for my '13 Ninja 650. The install was a little challenging. I've noticed that most people tend to wrap the straps around the entire tail. I didn't want to do that because I didn't want it to get dirty. I felt it may be a hassle leaving the set up there. I could be wrong. I decided to go with installing the straps under the passenger seat. I zip-tied the straps to the frame and got the male clips just sitting barely out of the rear seat. The female clips (attached to the bag) are extended from the bag about half an inch or so. With that said, the bag tends to slide to one direction or the other. Not only did it not look good, it was a concern. To alleviate this, I just used a bungee cord with hooks to anchor it down. I absolutely love that it has a strap for easy carrying. I work in an office and I need to carry my 13" MacBook around. This bag will definitely fit a 15" MacBook if I ever decide to upgrade plus it fits all my paperwork as well. It's an ideal bag for someone who commutes day to day, but I wouldn't recommend for long travels. The saddle bags might be a good idea - haven't bought those yet. October 27, 2014

A shopper asked: Has anyone mounted the 24 Liter Cortech 2.0 tail bag to a 2013 Street Triple? I am concerned that the width (14-18 inches) is a little wide, as the rear portion of the seat is only 7-8 inches wide. I assume the 14 Liter bag would fit better, but it seems too small to be practical.

George B: What I meant to say was: Without the grab rails, however, the rear attachment point might be problem. You would probably need to slide the bag forward on the seat quite a bit to get a secure mounting. The other option would be to run the straps down to the rear license plate mounting bars, but this would leave the straps exposed and might look a little unfinished. May 15, 2014

Shaun B: Also keen to hear of other 2013 Street Triple's luggage solution.

I'm still undecided.

George B: I installed the 24 liter bank on my Street Triple yesterday. I have the optional rear seat grab rails, and the fit is perfect. With the grab rails, however, the rear attachment point might be problem May 15, 2014
A shopper asked: I'm wondering how this bag is attached to the back of the bike? because my bike has some bars on the side and the picture I saw the bag appeared to be tied around the tail. Jun 24, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Tim C: It comes with straps you can attach pretty much anywhere. They have plastic buckles which makes it really easy to take it on and off. You will have to leave the anchor straps attached to your bike for the most convenience. I did with my harley, and it was not a big deal. Jun 25, 2014

taylor b: It comes with straps that you may run under the rear fairing. Unsure if you could run them beneath the seat since i have the sidebags aa well Jun 25, 2014

Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Jeff t: no two gallons will not fit, I put a bottle water, face sheild cleaner, cloth, wallet cell phone, which will leave enough room for extra gloves and maybe a well folded jacket liner May 19, 2014

A shopper asked: Can this bag be mounted on a cruiser luggage rack with no sissy bar? I have a Yamaha Stryker. Pic shows sport bike. Apr 6, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Richard B B: As with most of this stuff, where there's a will, there's a way. Mine is mounted on an Aprilia Shiver. With the grab rail set-up on the tail of my bike, it was a snap to mount. Looking at pics of your Stryker, it could pose a little challenge! It there is room (and flexibility) under the seat to snap the buckles underneath it, you may be in business. Then again, you don't want to put your seat hardware in too great a bind. Revzilla folks are great to work with, so if you order it you won't have any problem exchanging it if it doesn't work. So far as the product itself, I am very happy with it. It is first class material and workmanship all the way. Apr 7, 2014

Alfredo R: A buddy of mine has an 883 w/o a luggage rack and I don't see how he could on his bike. You may be able to as long as you can set all four straps on the rack. The straps are extendable. Apr 7, 2014

A shopper asked: Will this bag hold a full-face helmet? Aug 31, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: Typically, when a helmet fits inside of a tail bag/case the product page states so. For instance on the Givi V46 Monokey Topcase product page, it states "The V46 case can hold 1-2 full face helmets (varies by helmet model)." Comparing the two bags dimensions I would have to say that a helmet will not fit into the Cortech Super 2.0 Tail Bag. Sep 4, 2012

PittsDriverWes: No - way too small for that. It would barely hold a turtle shell hat. May 27, 2013

A shopper asked: I do a lot of cruising around with my BMW K1300S and would like a tail bag that holds enough for a day trip. I carry my
tire plugging kit, air compressor, gloves, rain gear...ect. I also bungie my bike cover to the top of the bag. I was wondering
if either of the bags have eyelets to hook some bungies to. I also like the way the Cortech is mounted to the bike. Do you like one design over the other. I am also planning on getting a Rev'it Sand 2 jacket before riding season here in Michigan.
Will you be having another sale before spring?
Thanks for your help.
