Great bag for your phone and wallet
This is a nice little bag. Works great with my iPhone 5 and I'm sure there is enough room for the iPhone 6 when I decide to upgrade. I use my phone as my GPS so it works well to be able to see my phone and the touchscreen works through the plastic cover. My phone and wallet will also fit in the bigger compartment together and I have used my EZ tag in the clear compartment. My only real gripe would be that the phone compartment is made out of mesh so if you got caught in the rain your phone would be the first thing to get wet. It fits on my FZ07 very well and it's easy to flip out of the way when I'm getting gas. I would buy again but I wish the phone compartment was at least water resistant if not waterproof.

velcro on the bag will pull your jacket
I liked the bag when I got it. It holds the small things that I want it to hold. The magnets hold on well enough, and the bag isn't too large where it feels like it's in the way. The problem for me is the velcro on the bottom strap points up and pulled my jacket apart around the zipper. I might modify it and cut the velcro off, because I don't need to strap it to my tank.

Great small bag for commuting and day trips
Great little tank bag for commuting and for those rides on the weekend. The magnets are great and make it easy to take off and put on. I've used this for several months now and haven't noticed any scuffs or scratches on my tank from the bag.

The low profile of this bag is great, though it will cause you to take your eyes completely off the road if you need/have to look at your phone/GPS. This is especially the case on sport-standard and sportbikes as you have a forward lean. I have not tried this on a standard or cruiser seating position.

I've used this bag in the rain, with my phone in it, and nothing has gotten too wet especially while moving. Not really a concern after a few commutes in the wet, ranging from a drizzle to steady rain. Only when stopped at a light or moving slowly in traffic does it start to get wet on the outside. I just wipe the water away from the headphone hole for my phone if its concerning.

I put my phone, multitool, knife and my work's building pass in this and everything is easily accessible as compared to a backpack. It is nice to see who is calling when paired to my Sena so I know if I need to answer or not on my commutes.

I would recommend this bag to anyone looking for something to hold their phone and other EDC items that they don't like in their pockets while riding.

Does what it is supposed to!
The Cortech Micro 2.0 tank bag is a big improvement from it's predecessor. The phone slot actually fits modern phones. The main compartment is large enough to hold a wallet and some smaller items. This tank bag is perfect for someone who doesn't want a big bulky tank bag and is packing lightly.

Great for what i needed
I was looking for a tank bag that was sleak but able to hold a phone, wallet, keys and this is perfect, the bag stayed planted on the tank at 120 down the highway so id say it passed my test, and its nice to be able to see your phone if you have a sena like i do so you can actually check to see whos calling you or double check your gps. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for something to toss a few small things in but i wouldnt trust this if i got caught in the rain, thats only con ive notice

Nice little bag
Holds a few items for we sport bike riders without interfering with movement too much. But this one was not made quite right; the center strap mount was sewn on slightly to the left. Wasn't enough for me to want to return it but QC is not quite up to par.

Excellent little bag
This is an excellent bag for times when you don't want to carry a full sized tank bag, but you don't want your pockets loaded with too much stuff. The media pocket holds a phone or GPS where it can easily be seen, which is useful for navigating. The main compartment is a good size for wallet, house keys and an energy bar/candy bar or two. A key clip inside the main compartment would be nice to have.

Installation is very easy, the straps and clips are very sturdy and the pads do a good job of protecting your bike's finish. The magnets appear strong enough to hold the bag on by themselves, but I haven't tried this.

Minimalist Tank Bag
Recenltly got back from a trip up to Montreal for the F1 race, and needed a small tank bag to keep passport, wallet, phone, and other small items handy and secure. I have plenty of storage on the back of the bike and didn't want a big tank bag. This little guy did the trick and was exactly what I was hoping for.

When it was raining my phone (iPhone 6) had no problems staying dry in the dedicated pocket...I'll probably glue up or tape the headphone/cable port though to really seal it off.

My tank area is only half magnetic, so I had to use the included straps, which was not a problem and only took 10 minutes or so to get them installed and tightened down properly. If you just need a small bag to carry the small stuff for short day trips, or already have plenty of other storage and don't want something intrusive, this is a great bag.

Needed a small tankbag for GPS
I was looking for a small tank bag for my GPS, that wouldn't be tall enough to block my view of the speedometer. This one fits the bill perfectly! Good size for the GPS, and the storage section is just big enough for phone, wallet, and other small items.

Magnets hold great, even at highway speeds. Haven't added on the straps yet, have felt no need. The construction is great, and seems like it will hold up to a lot.

Performs as Designed/Desired
I was looking for a small, convenient, portable way to have necessary items along "for the ride" (i.e. registration/proof of insurance, garage-door opener, sunglasses, etc., since my new ride, a 2016 Indian Scout, GREAT Bike by the way, does not have any real usable storage on the bike or under the seat. The Micro 2, does exactly what I need it to and I was able to purchase at a very reasonable price. The stitching seems stout, the fabric durable - we'll see about that - and the magnets do a great job of keeping the tank bag in place even in SEVERE wind, which we get in fly-over country. It is small enough that I can carry it with me when off the bike - a murse if you will - but large enough that I can keep what I need handy. And as ALWAYS Revzilla is a great online retailer with exemplary customer service. That is why I am a repeat customer.

Will this bag's media device pocket fit an iPhone 6 Plus?
A shopper on Nov 27, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I'm curious about this as well, how come it fits GPS and not the iPhone 6 plus? Most current GPS are about the same size of the 6+
How many liters can this hold? Want to put a hydration pack in it. Will it hold a small pack?
Derek F on Jun 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The mini tank bag is just that MINI. I can get an iPhone, turnpike tag/pass a sunglass case and a few smaller odds and end but little more. A typical hydration bladder probably would not fit. And there is no expansion available. Think of it as a "murse" for your motorcycle.
would a iPhone 5 fit?
Wilhelm K on Jan 25, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes, I use a iPhone 6 that fits easily. Great little bag and I would defiantly recommend it to others.

Keep up the good work.

Nick kirman
interested in knowing if this tank bag is equipped with a quick disconnect system for refueling when using the straps on a plastic tank. I suspect it does, but would like confirmation? Thanks.
A shopper on Sep 6, 2015
BEST ANSWER: This bag has a couple ways to quick disconnect for fueling. There are two straps at the top front that both have quick disconnect clips, but I always use the bottom rear disconnect (one clip), and just flop the bag forward over the handlebars to fuel. Real easy.
Are the magnets in this thing going to wipe my credit cards?
A shopper on May 24, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I don't think so. It hasn't done anything to mine, but if you are still concerned you could place your cards behind your phone in the phone compartment. There are no magnets behind that compartment.
Has anyone put an ezpass in the 'wallett' compartment and having it work? I am looking for a way to use my ezpass without having to dig into my pockets for it or mount it to the winddeflector on my bike.
A S on Jan 16, 2015
BEST ANSWER: it did work in my case perfectly
So no part of this is water proof?
Karesta Z on Aug 9, 2016
BEST ANSWER: It cannot be considered waterproof. The plastic phone holder will help with water, but is not to be trusted in rain. Overall, the bag will resist a light rain, or heavier if you are moving, for a time. If I were tripping with this bag, instead of running about locally, I would use zip locks for all items.
Is the cover to the phone compartment conductive so that one can engage the touch screen?
A shopper on Aug 30, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I use a MP3 with a touch screen and can activate it through the clear plastic. Sometimes it's a little fussy doing it that way, but it does work.
The product description says it fits most Galaxy Note phones. Would this fit a Note 4?
Michael L on Mar 8, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I would think it would.. but don't know for sure it fits my HTC one m8 with plenty of room left over if that helps...
What are the approximate internal dimensions of the main storage compartment? When using this in "magnet" mode, from the pictures I see 3 tabs. I am assuming that this is where the magnets are? I don't want a tank bag that has the "Kotex looking wings" that cover all the tank. A lot of tank bag mfgrs fold those "wings" under the bag when they take their photos. Does this bag have those "wings"?
A shopper on Feb 3, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Yes for attaching the straps and the magnets are there also. I use the bag on my Ninja 500 it is good for carrying small item wallet, keys small camera. dimensions are 5" by 6.5" about an 1.5" high my Samsung galaxy 5 phone fits nicely in it also.
