Great features, but runs small if you have glasses This is great helmet for the price, and the modular capabilities are amazing. To have a full face helmet and then being able to lift is very convenient. Only drawback is those with glasses will have occasionally be uncomfortable, because it feels small with the glasses as others have mentioned. August 18, 2014
Love the open face feature Not as much air flow as I would like but the helmet is still very comfortable. The warp design is fantastic. July 28, 2014
Great Helmet awesome looks!!! This helmet provides the protection options that I was looking for in a modular helmet. During hot summer days the ventilation is very confortable while you are riding. If you have to stop at the traffic light and wait for more than 1 minute, you will have to open the shield because it can be somewhat unconfortable for those of us who can handle the heat. At high speeds (50-70mph) can get very noisy. The only complain that I have is that after a few weeks the magnet on the strap fell off, but then I super glue it and it's been doing great since then July 18, 2014
Great helmet, very happy with purchase and RevZilla Fits snug and secure. Love the chin piece that keeps air from going up the helmet. the sunshading visor in't quite dark enough for full sun riding, but good for later in the day rides. Still will need regular sunglasses if your eyes are sensitive to light like mine. Overall, GREAT bang for my buck on this helmet. Stylish, fits nicely, and lots of features. Highly recommend it! August 30, 2014
The price is reasonable and the design is great I love the drop down sunglasses. Its very comfortable and the visibility is almost top notch. Its my first and only helmet so I have nothing to compare it to, but I like it a lot. Only downside is it feels and looks a bit bulky, but I guess that's to protect my brain. August 25, 2014
A good choice in helmets. As a new rider I was faced with the task of choosing my first helmet and found out there are so many types and price points that I had to rethink my approach. I chose to look at safety first, then I looked at my budget. I also wanted a more versatile helmet so that got me into the modulars and from there it was a matter of reading reviews. The Bell seemed to check all the boxes for me so I went for it and I am very pleased with my choice. The revolver evo is packed with features and is very comfortable. At first I thought it was too snug but after wearing it for a month it is perfect. A couple of suggestions for improvements, I wear glasses so I wish there was a section in the check pads that accommodated the glasses. Also a breath guard would have been nice. The first time I rode when it was chilly out the outer shield fogged badly starting from the nose area. August 25, 2014
Protection Only This helmet feels like it has very high protection as far as the padding on the interior and the shell on the exterior. However it does have its down sides the sun shade is spring loaded so if you need to put it up it pops up quickly thus on the left side of the helmet (if you are wearing it) the sun shade pops out of its anchor, I tested this right as I got it out of the box. As far as the fit goes when you are wearing it, it feels pretty snug and quite protective but what I have come to find out is I can't chew gum which is a minor issue or I start to bite the sides of my mouth which I would say I have an Intermediate Oval shape. Overall this helmet as far as I'm concerned it worth it I like modular helmets so for just the flip up in the front and the sense of safety I think it is worth the amount you pay for. August 18, 2014
Bell Revolver EVO XL Helmet I really love the modular design. I also think the inner sunshield is great. I replaced mine with the dark smoke, much better IMO. Very comfortable and does not get blown around. Very stable. The only thing I have to deal with is the wind noise. I use ear plugs. This is my first modular so not sure if this is the norm. All in all I'm very happy! August 18, 2014

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Justin H: Style and the integrated sunglasses. I currently have an old helmet with a black visor, but I always have to ride with the visor up at night. This helmet provides a solution to that problem and looks very good. It is also at an affordable price, making it a very attractive option. Sep 1, 2014
Aaron C: Cool graphic, lots of features. Feels comfortable!!! Aug 31, 2014
Eric G: its got everything i need in a helmet.. not to expensive. Aug 29, 2014
Carlos R: Brand, explanation by Revzilla, price. Aug 29, 2014
Bill A: Nice looking helmet with alot of great features for a budget Aug 28, 2014
Scott S: Wanted a mid priced helmet, with the flip up face guard. This fit the bill. It was my first helmet, so I don't have much to compare to. A little loud, (I think, like I said nothing to compare) but I'm told that's common with this type of helmet. Fit is a little on the round side, I had to up size to not hit my forehead badly. The internal flip down shield should be darker, but I usually wear sunglasses anyway. Happy with purchase. Aug 25, 2014
ED G: Appearance, quality of Bell reputation, it is modular, it looks like it will work with my speaker/headset from Harlley Davidson. This is the seventh motorcycle helmet I have purchased. Aug 22, 2014
David W: Bell is made near my home. I live in Campbell CA and Bell is located up the hill in Scotts Valley. Liked the style, but really liked the drop down visor and well as the face piece that swings up and out of the way so that I can put my glasses on AFTER I am wearing the helmet.

This is my first helmet buy since I quit riding in the sixties... I trusted Bell then and now! :)

JAMES G: I like Bell, the shape and graphics of the helmets is cool, it has good ventilation and it has deep speaker pockets for my Sena S20 speakers. Aug 9, 2014
Anthony P: Bell quality and reputation, sport look and unique graphic for a modular and under $200. Jul 20, 2014
Thomas H: After watching the videos on revzilla about the Bell EVO Helmet and so many positive reviews, I just had to buy this helmet. This design is awesome and will go great with my bike. Jul 11, 2014
Benjamin S: For the price, this seemed like the best option for me. I love the graphics, and since I wear glasses all the time a modular helmet makes putting the helmet on and off much easier. I also really enjoyed that it comes with a drop down sun visor inside. Since I am unable to wear sunglasses riding in bright conditions can be a bit tricky; this helmet should be a great asset. Jul 9, 2014
Dean L: Needed a full face/modular for rain protection and when I wear prescription glasses while riding at night. I always buy Bell helmets. Most consistent fitment across all of their models and great quality. Jul 1, 2014
William R: This helmet has great looks to go along with versatility at a good price Jun 26, 2014
Michelle S: My son chose this helmet to replace one he had been wearing in a minor accident. The design and the added features were what narrowed his choice to this helmet. Jun 24, 2014
Jonas W: Flip up front capability with the hidden sunglass shield. Also the awesome color scheme and design. I was also determined to get an intermediate to oval head shape as opposed to the round that included a chin curtain. Apr 27, 2014
maccovey m: I like the aggressive look and the artwork is superb... Apr 8, 2014
Adrian S: Looks cool! Not to expensive Mar 19, 2014
ryan h: looks good and Bell has always madevery aerodynamic and durable helmets Jan 3, 2014
T O: options, style, modular, video review by Anthony, Bell reputation, price Dec 29, 2013
Sawami P: good value Dec 18, 2013
Sean D: I only have one arm. So needed a helmet that I could put on but then use my teeth to pull a glove on! The price looked good and I've never worn a Bell but heard good things about them. Videos made me buy it from you. Dec 16, 2013
Joel R: cool design, good price for a modular helmet. Nov 16, 2013
Bobby H: Reviews were good, matches my motorcycle with graphic and colors, appearance and shape is cool. Nov 1, 2013
Evan P: Sweet looking lid with the features that i was looking for. Aug 27, 2013
A shopper asked: Can i buy with outside clear shield instead of standard smoke shield? I prefer outside clear shield. Aug 29, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Jose R: The helmet does come w/ a clear shield, but it also comes w/ an integrated inner smoke shield that drops down w/ a press of a button/lever on your helmet. So you basically get the benefit of both, and gives you the option of using the drop down for when the sun is bright. It is a very good function which if constant make use during the day :). Craig B: The standard outside shield is clear. The photo youre looking at has an optional dark shield. The standard inner shield is a light smoke and I would reccommend a darker one. Aug 30, 2013

John K: Yes you can. I purchased outside clear with the interior drop shade.
Pretty cool.
The helmet is a bit noisy but a fantastic product.

A shopper asked: Looking at the reviews for the Revolver EVO Warp, there were a few that said it ran small. Anyone have any inputs if it's true to size or should a person order a size up? Mar 12, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Jose Antonio G: AGREE !...IT RAN SMALL....I HAVE A BELL STAR SIZE M THAT RAN PERFECT, BASED IN IT I BOUGHT THIS MODEL SAME SIZE M....BIG MISTAKE...ONCE YOU CLOSED THE FACE MASK IS TO TIGHT IN THE CHIN, MAYBE FITS WELL AROUND THE HEAD, BUT IN THE CHIN AFTER A 2 HOURS TRIP IS LIKE A TORTURE !... Matthew A: I can say that I comfortably wear a 2XL in a Bell Vortex, but the 2XL Revolver Evo Warp was so small I couldn't get it on my head and close the chin-bar, so for at least the 2XL I would say it runs small. Mar 14, 2014
Reply to Matthew Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Kelly B: Defiantly runs small. Ordered a 2xl normally around a large or Xl. Depending on company. Still didn't fit. Wound up going to a different helmet. Mar 14, 2014

A S: Jose,

What size do you wear? I wear a 6 7/8 in a hat, so normally a small in helmets. Wondering if maybe it's only the larger sizes that are running small. Mar 23, 2014
A shopper asked: didn't see any ratings mentioned Jan 16, 2013

flatline: The Bell Revolver Evo is only DOT rated. I don't believe that a modular helmet CAN be Snell certified; I've certainly never seen one, from any manufacturer. May 28, 2013

A shopper asked: I want to buy this helmet "Bell Revolver EVO Warp Helmet" and also want to get the "Bell Transitions SolFX Photochromic Face Shield" but I'm not sure they will work together. It has the click release feature that in the face shield description it says it needs, but isn't listed in the models of helmets that comply. can you please confirm or deny the ability to use these together? thanks! DOUGLAS Z: I'm truly unsure but I did purchase this same helmet and I love the sun Visor that's included inside the helmet with a simple push and visor is in place. I also purchased the Bluetooth SMH10 and it Fit Great. I used the self Adhesive on the device and it works great for Sound from Pandora and Phone calls. Sorry don't have the answer on your Question but Just some Knowledge on the others. You'll love the helmet Bell did a Super Job on ventilation also. Check the helmet out 1st then Maybe add later. Tony S: It fits, and the transition lens works. But just as regular glasses with that effect, it is a very light tint, not worth the $ Oct 28, 2013

A shopper asked: I'm looking to buy a new helmet, and the Bell Revolver has caught my eye. I'm also looking at getting the duel bluetooth system for my friend and I (who also has a Bell Revolver). Will the Sena SMH10 fit this helmet? Apr 6, 2013

A shopper asked: What is the weight of the Bell EVO Revolver Helmet? Mar 20, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: The Bell Revolver EVO Warp Helmet weighs in at 3 lbs. 15-3/4 oz, or 1808 grams. However, weight is not the most important factor when it comes to helmet comfort. A lot more weight (heh) should be given to head shape and riding style than pure poundage.
