Are the various headliner sizes different thinknesses and do they fit in a non-sized matched helmet? For example, could I use a small headliner in my medium helmet to make it a bit snugger? Similar to the way one does with the checkpads.

Answer: 
The Bell Mag 9 Top Liner is interchangeable up one size or down one size. For instance, if you have a size MD helmet you can replace the liner with a size SM or LG.
