perfect highway helmet
I really like this helmet, its oval design helped a lot with air flow resistance. After riding for 3 hours I had almost no neck pain. I like the design except for the single star I would of liked it more if there was one on each side. My favorite of all the features is the adjuster, that is fantastic I was able to wear the strap lose and tighten the head band and the helmet didn't even bounce enough to notice. Freaking loved it.

Very cool Helmet
I was never really a fan of half helmets but when i bough my Bell Vortex lid I knew I had to own a Bell half helmet. This helmet is perfect for short commutes on those really warm days when youre riding. Sometimes a full face helmet is just too hot to wear and this is a great substitute. I like that fact that there are ear muffs on the lid it helps when its too windy and reduces some noise. But how much noise can you really cut down with an open helmet? I also like the dial in the back that ensures a really snug fit. It helps with the security and it makes sure that the helmet is on your head. the style is great, the finish is also really nice. Bell has made an outstanding helmet here. Just make sure you wear some good eye protection and maybe even a bandana to just cover up your face.

Good Quality, a few minor issues
First Revzilla rocks, so don't apply this review to them. Just the helmet.
It's built well and not heavy. The lining is made very well and is comfortable. Shape is oval enough to fit my oval head without being narrow.
The issues.
1. The strap sits a bit far back on your throat and could be a half inch or so farther forward. I got used to it and it doesn't bother me anymore. It's just odd at first.
2. The straps catch wind in a strange way and put the wind noise right in your ear. I have other half helmets and don't expect a half helmet to be quiet, but I also don't expect them to create extra noise. The removable ear pads help a little, but your ears will ring after a long day.
3. Finally, the Speed Dial thing is a great concept. It actually works very well. However, after only three sees, the lining on the speed dial device is peeling off and leaving the back of my head to rub against the plastic device. I've written to Revzilla to see if they can help.

Fantastic helmet
If your looking to protect yourself and not compromise too much style this is a perfect helmet. I have tried several half shells and they all sit way to high and look terrible. This is by far the lowest profile DOT helmet I have found.

Not for me
Brought this model helmet from Bell in the hope the open face design would sit low on the skull. It kind of does, but has so much forehead padding that it feels and looks awkward. The overall weight of the helmet is slightly heavy, even for an open face helmet, which is noticeable.
Good value helmet for what it is. I'm sure there are folks that like this style of helmet, but I'm not one of them. I've since listed it online for sale.

Nice helmet but....
I like the style and the fit. The rivets though are not good. 2 of them don't work anymore. Was surprised that Bell could make use of inferior rivets.
Would have been rated higher if not for those malfunctioning rivets.
