I wear this jacket over my Acerbis Cosmo chest and spine protection with my Neck Brace, and it works perfect as it is advertised. I am so comfortable riding off-road and on-road with this jacket. Jacket is on the light side which gives you the option to wear in hot weather and cold weather with some layer under. Also the pocket in the back for water storage is a great bonus. Pockets are just enough to keep your stuff and not too much to get in the way. Overall it is a great jacket .I would buy it again without thinking twice..

I bought this jacket because I have the alpinestar bionic neck support and wanted to have a jacket specially design to use with this neck brace. The jacket has no protection so should be use with the BNS Bionic Jacket underneath. The 3 products combined provides superior protection for the adventure / off road driver. I am 6´4" 200 pounds. In Revit jackets I am 2XL, but because in the Revzilla´s video Steven is algo a big guy and was using a XL jacket I wasn´t sure about sizing. I called Revzilla and I spoke directly with Steven who help me decide. I bought XL and fits perfects (even with the BNS jacket underneath Thanks Steven. I appreciate your help!!!

Yes, your Leatt Moto GPX neck brace should work fine with room to spare. The Alpinestars Bionic neck brace this jacket was designed for is wider and thicker than the Leatt.
