Very good midlayer
Pros: the fit is nice, slim and athletic which is what I was looking for so it wasn't bulky under my riding jacket.
It keeps me warm and cuts down wind but that compromises breath ability.
Astars quality is in the jacket and I feel this jacket wil last for seasons.
I bought the small. I wear a 46 or 48 ridin jacket depending on the cut. I mostly wear a 46. I am 5'4" and 130lbs.
The only con for me is the bottom of the jacket sits right at the waistline. So when you are in the tuck position the back of the jacket will ride up and you get lower back exposure if you have low waist pants on. A longer tail at the back would make this jacket perfect. I have a mountain bike jacket similar to this astars mid layer and it has a longer tail portion which is great when mountain biking.
I do recommend this jacket. I overcome the lower back issue with a long tucked in base layer and that does the trick.

Great Layer to Extend Warm Weather Jackets
First, I live on the central California coast so temps are relatively mild all year. I wear either an Alpinestars GP-R or RC Airflow jacket and then add layers as needed. I have a Dainese Map Windstopper undershirt which works well in temps from about 60' to 70' (approx. +/-), the partial windblocking does a good job of cutting the wind in the key areas but vents well elsewhere. However, below 60' (50' to 60') I was looking for something that blocks all the air. The Touring Mid-layer covers this temp range very well. So I have a range of layers that covers me from about 50' to 70', above 70' I wear just a Patagonia silkweight capilene shirt.
I am 6'0", 170 lbs and average build. I purchased a large which is a slightly loose fit, but I think a medium would have been a little too tight. The Touring Mid-Layer adds a little bulk so there needs to be room for your jacket to fit over, more of concern with sport type jackets (e.g., GP-R) versus a touring jacket.
The thickness of the jacket material, the zipper location (center) and the collar add some bulk to the neck area which can make for a tight(er) fit when snapping the top layer jacket collar. My GP-R jacket (bought two weeks before the Touring Mid-Layer) collar snap tab stretched after a few hours of wear so the fit is now reasonable, but not loose by any means.
Overall, good quality, good fit for what it is designed to do, and does the job. It also looks good on its own as lightweight jacket for general use.

Great product
Great Jacket .. very stylish too if you plan to wear it off the bike
though the sizing is a bit small ... I usually wear size small shirt (I'm 5' 6" athletic build) and I bought this a size small and had to return it because it was just too small and snug for my liking.. ordered a medium and it fits great.. if you look at the video.. the guy wearing it is about 5' 9" and wears a medium but from the looks of it I think the jacket looks better if he went for a large...
wind protection is excellent.. I bought it so I can wear it with my Airflow jacket (alpine star) to extend the wear of the jacket as we get into the colder months. So far its done its job.. I recommend this jacket..

make it 99.99 and I'll order another one
It's a great mid layer to wear under your jacket. It feels nice, comfortable and warm (was riding in 50 degrees in summer jacket and this fleece).
It is a bit expensive though, you can almost get two Joe Rocket Full Blast Layers for that price (which also is a great product).
For 99.99 or something it would've been perfect.
