Warm enough but a bit small
Rode to work today in Virginia, January 7th at 7:10am. Commute was about 15min in 36 degree (F) temperature. Gloves kept my hands warm enough...at least better than my summer gloves with insulating inserts, but they were starting to get chilly at the tips by the time I got to work.
I usually wear a L in gloves, but these are a bit tight. I may have gone a size larger if I could do it again.
Munichs have a rubbery texture all the way around, but having it on the palm and between thumb and index makes it cumbersome to let clutch out or signal turn. Gloves bind up on the grip a bit. They should have gone faux suede on the palm and underside of fingers. You lose some dexterity and quickness with these babies.
Easy to put on and off and my sleeves just velcro down over them easily. Not sure they'd handle cold well below 35 degrees F for longer than 20 minutes though.

Snuggle fit
Nice outer shell, fully waterproof! The microfleece can be a little too hot but I'm wating for colder days to wear them every day. The fact that the gloves have two layers can make them a little stiff but I think they will get softer with daily usage.
