The best jacket i could have ever wanted I got this jacket last year in prep for getting my motorcycle license. till then i used it as my off-road winter jacket and it worked like a charm. i live near Vancouver so our winter consists of heavy fog, rain (and a lot of it) and really cold temperatures. and the jacket keeps me nice and toasty warm and dry to add to the awesomeness! it has a lot of pockets for all my little gadgets i take with me on my rides. my sole complaint is the jacket performance in warmer weather conditions. with the insulation inside the air flow isn't great. so if i'm stopped at a stop light i get quite warm really quickly and while moving air doesn't get to the skin very well so cooling down takes time. with the fleece removed airflow is still pretty bad but makes the jacket a bit more bearable. id say this jacket is the perfect 3 season's jacket. and you can wear it into the early weeks of summer but that all matters where you live. the hi viz is very visible too so drivers will definitely see you coming by. i highly recommend this jacket for anyone who rides in colder weather and or in rain. best bang for your buck by my standards. This product is awesome!!! This product is awesome in every way possible!!! The only questions I have are is the jacket a unisex jacket because I ended up with 2 brand new jackets from 2 different websites, the zipper zips up on the left side and the women's jacket has an extra reflective label on the front and rear of the jacket... I would really like to know if I am wearing a woman's jacket or not!!! September 8, 2014
Good cheap waterproof jacket I got this jacket and the matching pants to use for winter commuting in the rain. For that purpose it does a great job, however when the weather gets hot that non-removable waterproof liner gets awfully hot. I can't comfortably wear this jacket above 75 degrees unless I am moving at constant highway speeds; any slower and you start sweating and thanks to the waterproof liner the sweat doesn't have anywhere to go. This jacket will definitely keep you dry, I've worn it through some ridiculous rain at highway speeds and come out almost completely dry except for a little bit where the two jacket flaps come together, there was a dime sized wet spot due to me not quite getting the rain gutter under it lined up correctly. Overall I recommend this jacket for late fall, winter, and early spring riding. It doesn't have tons of features but the price is right. September 2, 2014
Excellent all purpose jacket This jacket has exceeded my expectations. It fits great. Looks good. And is very comfortable. Even riding in the summer with the liner out on a hot day has not really been an issue (unless at a stop light, then its a bit warm). On cold coastal mornings it is very warm and dry with no wind issues. All in all a solid 3 season jacket! July 27, 2014
Excellent waterproofing nice fit and look Excellent waterproofing nice fit and look great touring look a little bit hot and when you have the liner the air doesn't flow a lot. The velcro from collar is a little bit tight but overall an Excellent jacket and i totally recommend it. Must buy the CE rated back protector. March 3, 2014
3 Season Jacket I ordered this jacket because of the impending winter, and because I wanted to get a jacket that fit with the bregenz pants. right out of the box, I will say it was comfortable and toasty. I ordered an XL because I want to wear it over my heated jacket/liner. With everything on, it fits wonderfully. The following weekend, I did a 700 mile ride. For about half of it, I ended up turning on the heated liner (although wasn't really needed# I was kept temp neutral for most of my ride #got a little warm when using the heated liner) This jacket seems to be made very well. My only complaint is in the collar. If you are not using the collar, there is a way to tie it back. However, this prevent s you from fully closing the velcro over the main zipper. If you are using the collar, or at least trying to, the velcro that holds it into place seems either to small or in the wrong place. This was a little annoying. For me, the only other problem was with the collar closed, it seemed to rub a little. However, torwards the end of the trip, it seemed to break in a little. October 28, 2013
So close to being a great jacket... Overall this isn't a bad jacket. I got the high visibility version and it is bright, and seems engineered well. There are just some minor things that bug me about it... 1. The collar is goofy - if you fold it back so the collar is open, then it works ok, but allows wind to flow down your neckline. If you close it up, then it feels tight - there doesn't seem to be enough velcro length to have it closed up, but loose-ish. Pair this with the Schuberth C3 helmet which has a chip strap near the adams apple, and it makes for a weird feeling. Wish they would have designed the collar a bit different. 2. The vents do nothing good. If you vent the jacket in front with the two zippers, with the liner in, they don't do anything at all. And if you vent with those two zippers when the liner is out, then the jacket billows out like a marshmallow. Best to just not consider this a 'vented' jacket at all. 3. The built-in back armor is junk. It's a thin piece of foam. When I buy motorcycle gear with built in armor, I expect that armor to be made of something other than Nerf material! Those are the nitpicks. Overall it's a nice jacket. The 'Large' is a bit snug on me with a 38"-ish waist. The color is good, the zippers are good, the liner is fairly easy to put in and take out - overall I do recommend the jacket. October 14, 2013
Great value, seems very well made I am 5' 10" 130lb. I ordered the small and with all the adjustments cinched down as much as they will go it fits well. The arms are very baggy as is the rest of it. Definitely a touring cut and not a sport cut. That said it's very comfortable. I ordered the high vis and it's brilliant! Very visible and looks awesome! The build quality seems very high and I didn't find any loose seems etc... The "airflow" is pretty much a joke. But that's ok because I ordered this for the colder months as I have a dainese air flux for the summer. Between putting a base layer under the air flux and being able to take in/out the thermal liner on this I am going to be comfortable no matter the conditions. I haven't got a chance to test the waterproofing yet. But I will get many opportunities here in Alabama. Revzilla is great as always. October 2, 2013

David B: Very happy with this jacket. I commute inland from a coastal climate so having something warm year round is important. This jacket is toasty in the morning fog, but not too warm if it's 75 out when I'm heading home. Plenty of pockets for storage, and if it does get really warm, the liner zips out easily. The front and back vents aren't as effective as a jacket that doesn't have an integrated waterproof liner, but they definitely help. Overall, very happy. May 28, 2014

A shopper asked: Does this jacket come with a liner for cold weather? If so, is it removable in order to wear the jacket in warm weather? Thanks. Mar 12, 2014

Jason O: Yes, the jacket does come with a removable liner. I've kept the liner in all Winter and the jacket is very comfortable and warm. I highly recommend it. (FYI, regarding sizing, I am 5’ 9” with a 42” inch chest and size L fits perfectly.) Mar 14, 2014

Eric K: Yes on both counts--the liner is removable, and without it the jacket is good for warm days (though probably not super hot ones). With the liner, the jacket is quite warm, suitable for temperatures near freezing or even a little below. Mar 14, 2014

Juan V: yes it does come with a removable liner for cold weather.
and it has another liner not removable that has the drystar which is the waterproof liner.

A S asked: 5'-11" 275. 42" waist and 30" sleeve. What would be the best fit? Looking at 3XL. Jul 28, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Joel M: I'm 6'5" 270 and I wear a 3XL. It just about perfect for me, with a little room for a lyre or two under. The sleeves are likely a little long for you, but gloves will probably keep them at bay. I also never tighten the elbows; I imagine that could help with the sleeves being baggy as we'll. good luck. Joel M: I'm 6'5" 270. I'm very happy with my 3XL. I've got room for a layer or two under. The sleeves are a little long when not wearing gloves and off the bike. They might be a little exaggerated for you, but the elbow straps might help keep the cuffs back off your hands. Jul 28, 2014

Dmitry K: I'm 5'-11'' 210. 33" waist. I got an XL and it a bit bigger that I need but L was way too small. I decided to stay with XL and pretty happy with the jacket during 40-60 weather Jul 30, 2014

Thanyaporn H: I dont know if I can post it on their website. I will try. I can also tell you I love this Jacket. I have this and a first gear heated liner. Last week the temp (before wind chill) was -4. The combo plugged in was toasty. This jacket alone seems to keep me warm in the low teens. My only complaint is the neck fastening. But that could be because of my neck. Jan 29, 2014
