Airhawk R Cruiser Seat Pad

The last mile feels like the first, thanks to Airhawk's exclusive Shape Fitting Technology. This patented system eliminates painful points and promotes consistent blood flow for a longer, more comfortable ride. Memory foam can't do it. Gel seat can't do it. Only a genuine Airhawk Cruiser R Seat cushion can do it.

  • Center cutout area runs from front to back of cushion
  • Re-designed cell geometry improves airflow under the rider = no hot seat
  • Back cutaway allows for a tail bone relief area with a tapered transition for increased comfort
  • Cushion comes standard with cover, attachment loops, and cruiser straps
  • Cushion material: Polyurethane
  • Cover material: stretch polyester material top cover, side panels are 3-layer knit polyester providing air circulation
  • Fluid-proof, non-skid base is easy to clean and durable
  • Dimensions:
    • Large: 14 1/2 " Wide x 12" Deep x 2" Tall
    • Small:  11" Wide x 11" Deep x 2" Tall

Note: Please measure your seat or seating area prior to ordering. Ships as Polyurethane version and some may be labeled as "Airhawk 2" or come in an Airhawk 2 box and will not include the red stripe on the cover.

Best comfort item EVER. I went from a one hour butt to being comfortable ALL DAY. Seriously! BEST SEAT PAD EVER! The only downside is that when you gain altitude the seat expands. I overcame this with a hand pump that can inflate and deflate the seat while you are riding. No stopping to adjust and no discomfort. www.BetterMotorcycleStuff.tictail.com. I frequently ride from sea level to over 10,000 feet in altitude. This turned a great seat into the perfect seat. November 17, 2015
My butt doesn't hurt Makes putting on the miles less painfull. Fits well on my '13 Triumph Explorer. November 12, 2015
Good addition I used this pad for half of a 3,000 mile trip. I ordered it about 1/3 of the way through my trip because the seat on my 2014 BMW R1200RT was starting to really get to me. It arrived promptly at a friend's house and I go tot use it for the 2nd half of the trip (some interstate, some twisties). After what I feel is a good test period I have to say that this a good addition to my long distance travel. There is a 60 day return policy (Revzilla honors) that basically says if the pad doesn't add miles to your ride, you can return it. Well I will not be returning it because it clearly added many miles before those "need-to-stop" stops. In addition, it eliminated my need to stand up on the pegs once in a while to get some circulation back in my derrière. Well designed. The medium fit nicely for my application. I am 5'9" 170lbs. Takes a little while to adjust right- I felt like I was sliding forward in the beginning few miles, but after moving it around a bit and letting out some more air, it was just right. Good way to spend $150. November 10, 2015
Makes the difference between riding and limping I ordered the Airhawk R Cruiser seat pad to help me be able to get out and really ride again. I'm a Disabled Vet with chronic pain in my legs. The longer rides, 200-300+ miles, just couldn't be done anymore. I'd get off my bike and almost literally crawl into the house or hotel room from the pain. The Airhawk has really, really changed that! I can now ride the distance and when I dismount my legs still work normally! I've tried gel seat pads and every other kind out there but they just didn't do the job. The Airhawk does. My legs work, my backside no longer feels dead, and my back doesn't feel like it's been beaten to death. For anyone looking for a truly comfortable ride, this is the solution. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but I spent the money because I've only got this one life to live, to ride, continuing to enjoy a life-long love of motorcycles and the open road. I don't regret purchasing the Airhawk and you won't either. November 6, 2015
AWESOME SEAT! This is by far the most comfortable seat pad I've ever used, I've tried all my friends, different kind of gel seat pads, beads, etc... This thing is awesome! the initial test was a 425 mile ride, when I got off the bike I felt like I had only done 100 miles, was ready to keep going, all my friends with gel seats were done, got up the next day and rode the tail of the dragon, again no problems, from there onto Huntsville AL, then to Talledega the next day, then 750 miles home split over 2 days, put a ton of miles on that weekend don't think I could have done that without this seat, totally love this thing, I highly recommend it. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny. November 5, 2015
Exellent product!! Ive tried other pads and this seat pad topped them all. i used to have a sore tail bone after a long day ride. i never had an issue after a 2600 mile trip. 300 miles a day and could have gone further because of this GREAT Airhawk Seat pad!!!! i ride a 1200 RT w/ a "Corbin" Seat. This pad makes it fun to ride. With the right amount of air, its great. Too much air and you roll around a bit. Thank you Airhawk and Revzilla for this recomendation!! November 2, 2015
Comfort I have a very sensitive rear end and nothing seems to work for me 100% This comes the closest. October 26, 2015
Hugely helpful on long rides I just completed a long and circuitous ride from Toronto to San Francisco, swinging through the southern states and the LA area. Without this cushion, completing this ride in under a week and a half would have been absolutely unimaginable, on my bike anyway - the seat gets VERY hot. The only thing that I'm not crazy about is the cushion's footprint, so to speak: I wish it was a bit longer so that I wouldn't need to shift it mid-ride in order to relieve pressure points on my butt or thighs. Ideally, something like this should span more of a rider's anatomy. Like another reviewer, I'm not crazy about the bright red "AIRHAWK" logo. I'm not crazy about serving as a billboard. Charles G: This is the second Airhawk R I have bought. I bought this one for a friend as a gift. I believe Airhawk has lowered the quality of the product. The insert seem more flimsy. It's definitely not the same material. The cover is also different. I'm not nearly as impressed with the current version as I was my original purchase. Now the layout of the bumps are the same and maybe that's all that matters... time will tell if it holds up as well. But it's definitely not as flexible. Sep 16, 2015
Lewis W: for comfort Sep 13, 2015
Buck D: I do long distant riding on a Goldwing, it is nothing for me to do 600+ miles per day. I live in Florida and in the past 4 years I have completed 3 trips to California and the west coast and north west. The Air Hawk is the main reason I can do these type of days and miles. This will be my third Air Hawk as I just wear them out. I would not even consider getting on my bike for a long ride without my "Hawk" Sep 12, 2015

Carol D asked: I just bought the air hawk R... But need to know does the bubbles go up or down in the seat cover? Sep 12, 2015

Samuel A: Bubbles go up and start with full pressure and then reduce until you find the comfort zone. The Airhawk R works best when the ride is squishy. It will seem strange at first but having just ridden 8,000 miles, the Airhawk R is better than any custom seats I have ridden. Sep 12, 2015

Ken B: they go up
and remember to not fill the seat pad with a lot of air, just a little bit is all you need

worked great on a 300 mile day last week, and in 2 weeks will be doing 650 miles to Myrtle Beach in one day

Just got back from a 6000 mile 3 week trip, this seat is unbelievable. Did some 500+ mile days and this seat made it very comfortable. Never did my butt speak to me.

A shopper asked: A friend of mine has the AIRHAWK R CRUISER SEAT PAD but it's different from the one pictured. His has the letter 'R' stitched into the cover and it doesn't have a red seam down the middle. I just want to make sure I get the same model since I've tried his and like it.
Is this a newer model or perhaps an incorrect picture?
Thanks for the help.

WARREN C: This is most likely a model year upgrade by adding the additonal stictching. Looks like the same design as previously advertised. Keep in mind that Revzilla will take returns and send another model should the item not work on your motorcycle. Sep 10, 2015
