The AGV NUMO Modular Helmet is perfect for city and touring use with its rich array of standard features and top performance in terms of comfort, dimensions, safety and functionality. The Numo Helmet is the ideal helmet for those in search of the aesthetics and safety of a fullface helmet and the practicality of an open helmet, in a combination that can also boast leading technical innovations and Italian production.
The design of the Numo helmet largely reflects that of AGV’s latest innovations, like Horizon and Skyline helmets. With the chinbar in the closed position, the performance is that of a fullface helmet, thanks to the streamlined chin guard perfectly integrated into the lines of the shell. When the chin guard is open the helmet is very compact and features the shortest shell/chin guard distance in its segment, this contributes to limiting the sail effect during use with the chin guard open.
Great helmet, loving mine.
I ended up getting my Numo Evo because I wear glasses and didn't want to deal with the hassle of taking them off every time I had to put on my helmet.
Got this helmet and loved it immediately when I tried it on. Loved the aggressive frontal profile of the helmet and the fact that you can lock the visor in the 'up' position. Field of View was amazing; great peripheral view as well as a very tall port of view, I didn't have to really shift my head up and down to look at the road to my instruments.
Air flow is pretty good. I don't feel the ports up top really working but they should be working as advertised. You can really feel when the chin port is open though; a nice, cool breeze gently flows against your face while you're riding. Perfect for those situations where you need air but can't have the visor open (e.g. dusk riding with bugs all around). One qualm I have about air flow is that during the summer, I get super sweaty inside the helmet. Not sure if it's just me or that there's just not enough amount of air flowing through and wicking away that heat.
Another slight downside however was the noise. Being a modular, there will definitely be more noise than on a full face, as there're more areas for wind to fly over and get in; this modular was no exception. I ended up having to purchase a pair of ep4's to become my riding-use earplugs to mitigate the wind noise. After that however, the helmet works amazingly.
I'm absolutely content at the comfort this helmet provides and the versatility of it.

I own a Shoei Neotec (modular). This helmet is much lighter than the Neotec, Decent Fit and Finish might not be as top notch as Shoei but you get more than what you spend for.
I recommend this product.

Great modular helmet, but extremley loud
First off i should point out the awesome hawk bill shape of this helmet, love it! Easy to use mechanism for opening and closing the face of the helmet with gloves-on. The drop down internal sunvisor has the greatest coverage that i ever seen on a helmet, it gives you that top gun, fighter pilot look when u use it with the modular face in the up position
However, this helmet is extremely loud from the wind noise. I don't know if this is how it is for all modular helmets, but compared to my Scorpion helmets, it gets unbearably loud when u go past 40mph. Another problem is the fogging, according to it's description this helmet is suppose to be anti fog, but on my first ride with it it instantly fogged up. I also noticed the area where the main visor joins the helmet and allows the front of the face to be moved up and down has a small gap. I'm not sure, but it looks like water can get inside the helmet from it. I still think this is a great helmet though, you just need to apply some rain-x anti-fog to the inside visor (which i already did and worked), put on some ear plugs and not ride in the rain.

Great fit, solid helmet
I bought this helmet unsure of the fit as no retailer within a eight hour drive carries this model. A C3 Pro in a large fits me well with about an eighth of an inch of slop at the top of my head. I bought a large in the Numo Evo and it fits snug all around, no pressure anywhere, hugs my head like it was custom. The sun shade mechanism is well made not as smooth as a Schuberth, however no problems finding it and using it. The sun visor comes down quite low and has LOTS of room for your nose and any prescription eyewear you might have. The top vents may present a problem opening with a bulkier glove, would've like to have seen them a little more pronounced. Over all a great helmet with an an aggressive look. Quite happy with it.

Mike J:I fit a large in a Shoei, I got a large in the Numo Evo and it was like a glove. Been wearing it for six months no problems. The replacement visors are the same as the AGV Horizon\ Skyline, just replaced mine after a close encounter with some gravel. Revzilla sells two styles of visors, anti scratch and anti fog, go with the anti fog as it's also anti scratch.Aug 5, 2014
