I purchased this helmet for its features.. I'm satisfied with its comfort, fit, and function. I was surprised at how high the back is on my neck, its fits very much like an issue flight helmet with good head movement and a snug fit. love the tinted inner lens! the only con is the fog in the lower face shield even at highway speeds even with the vent open on cooler nights.. although I do have a high windshield and that cuts down on airflow a bit. I do recommend this product, great video presentation as well!

This helmet is exactly what I was looking for. I usually wear a large and the fit is just right.
The noise level was a bit high when I was riding the other day in 28+ mph wind, but that is to be expected with this style of helmet.
The chimney vent is alright, but I don't notice a significant difference with it open. I have stayed comfortable in the helmet though and it never seems to overheat.

I normally fit XL but from some other reviewers' comments on fit, I ordered an XXL. Based on the fit, I believe XL would be more snug but still fit (I have a round head.) The helmet is quieter than I thought it'd be, even on the highway (using earplugs of course.) Only thing I don't quite like are the optics of the internal shade. I feel the shade goes down low enough. However, I can see distortions if I scan w/ my eyes (left<->right).

Helmet was purchased during the Winter in N. Illinois so it has not been used as yet; awaiting Spring. For a 2XL, the helmet feels a little tight and am hopeful that it will loosen a little with use. The face shield and separate tinted visor pull-down and retract easily. The exterior visor will help keep the overhead sun off the rider's face. The strap easily buckles and unbuckles for ease of removal.

I really like the inner sun viser because I wear prescription eye glasses, good color match for my 2008 dark red metalic Goldwing. I upgraded from the fx44 that my wife now wears. I may repace it as well with the fx50. I know several riders that have them as well.

Originally bought it for the wife. Liked it so much I had to order another. The only area of disappointment was the air flow. I had hoped that it was going to reduce some of buffeting. In a few words, comfortable, well designed, functional, and well priced. Remember it is an open face helmet.
