The AFX FX41 looks amazing and has great features on paper, but is incredibly poorly executed. The build quality is out of this world terrible. I'm throwing my in the garbage. It's awful. Don't waste your money. Yes, even considering this is a cheap helmet, the build quality is still unacceptable.
When I first got my helmet it was missing the internal sunshade! So much for quality control! Revzilla was great though and sent me one without question (thanks!). The internal shade mechanism is so mickey mouse, mine fell apart, leaving bits of plastic to rattle inside the helmet. Next, one of the screws that holds the visor on came off. No problem, right? I'll just put it back on? Nope. The threaded backing for the screw broke off into the void inside the helmet. With no backing for the screw, I can't reattach the visor (rendering the helmet useless). Finally, while trying to fish some parts out, the side panel Styrofoam snapped in half. What have I done to deserve this?
In the garbage for this piece of garbage! You get what you pay folks and buying this means you're getting a big steaming pile of dookie.

the only problem i found with is was the visor.
it scrapes on the face protector. Otherwise a brilliant product great fit and good ventilation.

Awesome DS Helmet
I replaced an AFX FX-39 with this 41 and have been really pleased with my decision. When I bought the 39, I was a little leery because with helmets, you typically get exactly what you pay for. The 39 was a pleasant surprise because it was well put together, looked great, and came with some cool features like the ratcheting chin strap (which I now want for all of my other helmets).
The 41 is even better and I'd pull the trigger on the purchase again without hesitation. It kept the chinstrap design, shrunk the helmet down so it's more true to size (the large on the 39 was pretty loose [a common complaint with that helmet] whereas on the 41, the lid fits like a glove), added a functional retractable interior sun visor (so I can ditch the tinted goggles when I ride during daylight), included a much appreciated chin curtain which cuts down on the breeze quite a bit (the 39 was notoriously "well-vented." Ha), looks modern, and, though I haven't verified via scale, seems to weigh a noticeable bit less.
All in all, like with Scorpion helmets, you feel like you're getting a lot more helmet than you paid for. It's a steal at a shade over $100 and I see zero reason to even look at any other more expensive dual sport lids.
My opinion is based purely on comfort and convenience, though. I wear these things 5 days a week, 6+ hours a day so that's a hugely important factor when purchasing any dual-sport or MotoX helmet for myself. I've not yet had the chance to crash test it, but it feels like it would be up to the task. If I ever put it to use in that way, I'll certainly update with my finding.

I bought this from Ontario, had it shipped to Ohio and then picked it up. I Could not be more happy. The sun visor is excellent, it has so many vents and just looks amazing in silver, its the only full face Enduro style helmet that i like and i find that it is fine even in the cold but thats because i don't mind the cold, it shipped really fast in four days from PA. It has cutouts for future Bluetooth speakers and the visor does not seem to fog. Very good overall especially for a price of $130 ( like $140 when i converted to CAD ).

save your money, buy this helmet
I bought this helmet after deciding my arai xd3 had seen too much abuse. And I think I like it more than I liked my 450 dollar arai helmet.
Better ventilation. Can wear it with some goggles still. Better sun visor. More wind noise but hey, its also WAY better vented as I said. The flip down sun visor works well if a little jerky and man oh man is it nice to have when its really bright out.
The only complaint I really have is the chin strap. I had to tighten up the slack in it a lot to get it to fit tight enough on me. Which itself is a pain in the butt because its almost like the strap is wider than the plastic adjuster. Additionally there is no where to tuck or hang the excess so it just flaps around and whips your neck now and then. But you can just loop it up over to fix that - still there shoudl be a little clip or something to secure it. I might try adding a small button clasp to it. Another issue is the strap is a little too close to my neck. I am not a fatty either. I am 6'1'' and weigh around 175lbs. I am going to try adding a piece of fleece over the side facing my neck.
Other than that I do not understand the negative reviews here considering I came from a much more expensive helmet. I think this thing is great for someone who does a lot of dual sport in tight stuff with some highway stints too. If you got something like a wr250r, try this helmet out. I bet you will like it. And you will save a ton of money over something like an arai xd or similar.
One more thing: this integrates with a neck brace well. the bottom edge is curved on the sides instead of straight giving you a little more wiggle room side to side with your leatt brace... you have a neck brace of course, right? (insert accusing stare here)
conclusion: fuggin sweet.

Save your money
I made this purchase with low expectations. Sadly it fell below that. The only pros to this helmet was the quick release strap, the comfort of the inside padding and the style. But what good is the inside padding & style when the outer shell feels and looks like it can't handle a 3ft drop off my desk caused by my jerk of a cat. I read others reviews stating that the visor does not shut completely and found them to be correct. If you zoom in on pictures displaying the different colors for the helmet, you can see the opening. Wish I'd noticed that before making the purchase. I know helmets don't protect your neck but the inward cut design exposes it in a uncomfortable way. I really wanted to like this helmet because of the style but I also wanna keep my brain intact. Jafeel?

Cool features, awesome price!
This is a great helmet with an innovative design. The fit was right on with the measurements and felt great. The full face shield does a great job of stopping the wind yet when you want it too it breathes really well. The shield is easy to use while riding and the sun shield is a huge bonus. The helmet is equipped with a quick release buckle thats saves time every time you put it on or take it off. I have been using this for Dual Sport riding and it has worked well for on and off road use. Highly recommended. There are many better helmets out there, but not at this price!

Looks cool but......noisy....very noisy :(
I guess I should start that for the $$ it's a nice helmet and is the
coolest looking dualsport helmet out but it also has some issues
Got it this Thursday and just wore it now for the first time.
For one the fit is good (XL).Interior is a little hard on the head,
Could use better padding,I know,$129.Visor is nice and clear, inner sunshade is a nice touch,no need to swapped out
Visor day to night or wear sunglasses. And looks Killer overall.
Seems very light to compare to my Icon and older Shoei.
Riding over 35mph the wind noise is CRAZY loud.Like a jet
Taking off in you head.I pulled over and popped it off and closed all the vents and checked the shield to see if it was closed all the way.Still loud as all heck,so loud at speed I can't
hear my bike!
Anyway I got to try some earplugs to make it bare able .If it
wasnt so cheap and didn't look so COOL it would be in a UPS
truck on its way back....
Did I mention how cool it looks?
