Overall I think is a very good helmet for the money... improvements can be made: optics in lenses, inner cushioning.
If you don't have a windshield in your bike the better, very good ventilation, works excellent in the rain. Impeccable design!
Instructions to how to take off the visors are missing.

This is my first helmet that I bought and I love it. I like that it has a lot of features for an entry level price. All my friends like the flip down visor which is great when it's really sunny out. Only issue I have is that the visor fogs up when I'm at stop lights or going slow around town. I have to crack open the visor a little bit to take care of it. Other than that though, I love it.

I really enjoy this helmet, so don't be put off by these observations. This is the first helmet I've used in ten years.
I find both face shield and sun visor to be optically clear. The face shield does tend to fog, but four 5/64" holes around the rectangular tab have helped much. Though the face shield does not have a fixed notch position for just open, it works well there. The other notches for shield location are well placed.
The sun visor works well. It has good coverage and does not touch my nose. Finding the lever takes practice.
It takes a firm click to put chin bar in place, and the release lever works well. I must raise my chin to turn head sideways to look in the blind spots, but think the neck support offered by helmet/chinbar would be good in a crash. With chin bar down, front to back balance of helmet is good.
I find that there is high pitched wind noise, especially with top vents open. This is reduced when turning head sideways. I have no other experience with vented helmets though. I do enjoy the ventilation, and closing the vents works well on rides in the 30's (F).
I am really glad I tried on other helmets in nearby motorcycle dealerships! (I suggest prospective helmet buyers do the same.) The measurement guide would have me order Large, and my normal hat size is L/XL. My XXL helmet fits well, just slightly larger (more round) than other XXL helmets that I tried.

I really wanted this helmet after seeing the photos, doubly so once I saw the features.
I honestly don't care that it's a flip up helmet, I just like the styling, the fact that it's got ample neck roll and chin valance (helps keep it quiet and warm - I ride in cold weather), great field of view, and was surprised that it's got a flip down sun visor as well. All for a budget model price!
When I took it out of the box I was impressed with the fit and finish. It doesn't look like a budget helmet, it looks like a midgrade helmet with a great feature set. All the vents and the flip down sun visor have a nice solid feel to them. I especially like that the clear visor his solid stop positions, as I sometimes like to ride with my visor cracked on hot days.
Riding with the helmet I was surprised by how quiet it was, and the balance helps offset the weight (it is a modular/flip-up helmet after all). Great fit, though I almost tore my ears off getting it on. I wear Large in just about all brands, and this fits fine on my average sized average shaped knoggin.
The one drawback, and may be a deal breaker for me...the visor is wavy. It's not optically clear like I've come to expect from other brands, even in this price range. I have *very* good eyesight, which means my eyes complain if they have to really work to see. And after a short ride the wavy polycarb visor was starting to get to me. I'll give it a few more rides, but I may have to return it. No matter how much I love it's styling and features, I can't use it if it causes eye strain and headaches. I'd easily pay $50 more for this helmet if they put a proper optically correct visor on it...or if a 3rd party company came up with one. This wavy view has just got to go.

I own an HJC symax 2, as well as a AFX dual sport style helmet, both in 2XL or XXL. Visiting local shops, i find all 2XL helmets to be around the same size and fit. This helmet doesn't fall under that criteria.
Once my head is in the shell, it's not terrible, although there's a few odd pressure points, i'd expect them to relieve over time. The problem i have is in the neck area, with the chin up i still struggle to get my head in and out of the helmet. Once in, my ears tuck into an open area, and they have to get dragged past the pad below them to escape the helmet, it's a painful experience.
The helmet is built well for the price, and the features are better than expected. The HIVIZ colors (orange in my case) are striking and the only reason i may keep the helmet in hopes of it breaking in.
