An extra measure of safety
The pants are very comfortable. The pads don't seem to move around. There is an extra layer of protection with no real downside (although I have not yet ridden with them in hot weather). They don't even make my riding pants any tighter.

Comparatively, the Norsorex pants will be more protective, as they are certified to the EN 1621.2/97 standard. The Troy Lee pants, on the other hand, just have padding. This is no insult to Troy Lee, it's just that their gear is tuned more for off-road riding where the extra protection is not as important. Also, the Troy Lee pants do not have any armor or padding in the knees - they leave that space open for knee braces.4 months, 2 weeks ago
