Installation was easy, but will it hold up?
I bought the 2-Step for my '14 Kawi Ninja 650.

-----

Installation:
Installation was extremely easy.
Bolt > Small Washer > Slider > Inner Metal Tube > Thick Washer

I used blue loctite on the threads to make sure that these sliders would vibrate loose.

-----

Durability:
You will be placing the swingarm stand directly on plastic. The sliders are plastic and the metal piece on the inside reinforces it. However, like I said, the stand will be on plastic, which will wear away.

-----

Protection:

Stick out far enough to protect the swingarm. Also, they're very solid.

-----

Overall:

I would recommend this product. It serves its purpose and is rather sturdy.

Useful spools that will protect your swing!
These are simply rear stand spools that double as sliders. I believe they are made of the same plastic that the Woodcraft slider pucks are made from. I think it is delrin. They have a stainless bolt inserted and came with spacers to clear the swing arm on my ZX-10R. They seem very sturdy. They work great with my rear stand and seem like they would offer protection in a crash.

One point I would like to make is that these are very large. If you are looking for spools that are understated and would go unnoticed, these are probably not the ones for you.

What is there to say?
They're frame arm spool sliders. Look to be of good quality. Bought them for the ex's Ninja 250 for Xmas as I needed to get her something. Fast forward a month and a half later and here I am working on her bike. Can't tell you how they'd do in a crash, but they work great with my rear stand. If you need swing arm spool sliders, can't go wrong with these.

Fits (2nd gen) '11 Daytona 675 like a glove
The 8mm spools fit perfectly on my Daytona. This thing is beefy yet light. Seems pretty durable for sliding but didn't test that. I've used the spools numerous times already and works great. I've also threadlocked them in too just in case. This unit came with little thick washer looking spacers and was great to work around the swing arms that stick out there

A Must Have...
When I let my girlfriend loose with my Ninja 300 for the first time, unfortunately she dropped it at a low speed. These spools took the damage and left my swing arm completely spotless and intact. Thanks revzilla!!

Excellent product
These slider spools are great! Easy to install and very useful for lifting the bike. I can personally attest to their crash protection as well. I had a low side at the track and my swing arm and entire rear of the bike didn't get so much as a scratch.

What is the difference between standard and stepped?
A shopper on Jul 4, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The stepped, or 2 step version contains an additional spacer that makes the spools longer by about 3/8" on each side. The 2 step version is recommended for certain motorcycles for slider performance. There is a Youtube video called "Woodcraft Swing Arm Spool Instalation" (misspelled), which shows the spacers and how they work.
will these fit on a 2016 Yamaha FZ-07?

I am looking for rear Slider Spools for my 2013 Ninja 650.. what do you have??? I dont know the size I need
A shopper on Sep 4, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The 10 mm should work. I believe they are the same size on ninjas. The 300 zx6r and 650 use the same size. Use the standard.
Will they fit 2016 FZ07?
Daleon A on Jun 7, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Sorry, I installed them on Kawasaki 650. Check Woodcraft's website. They have fitment information that should seal the deal for you.
