Pleasent surprise on-road, awesome off road.
Put a t63 front and rear tire on my F650GS Dakar and took it out to Big Bend for some dual sport riding. Prior, I'd used the Anakee set up.

The t63s performed well on road and the bike handled exceptionally well on road. It makes some noise as you'd expect with a knobby tire, but stability, wear, handling, and traction were all superb.

Off road on the rocky, sandy desert 4x4 roads the tires provided awesome grip even at high (38) pressure. At lowers psi (20) they were great.

Having put a handful of hundred miles on them, the knobs are intact and don't show any separation, even after being run 70-75 for sustained periods of time.

Tread life looks to be good based on the miles and riding I've done. Originally i had planned to put the more street oriented anakees back on when i returned from the desert, but I've left the T63s equipped.

Bonus- they look sweet. And at their price (plus they are often on sale) It's insane to not pick up a set or 4.

Highly recommend. Great tire. Easy to swap on and off. Nice tread, good look, promising durability.

Awesome tire if you dual sport with your bike
I ride a 300lbs wr250r plus the 200lbs me and this tire is seeming to hold up. The rubber seems a bit softer than my previous tire, the infamous deathwing. I have about 1000 miles on it and its starting to wear but its minimal. I expect to hit 4000 miles before i swap out for a new one. The grip is MUCH better than the deathwing. Very predictable tire. A little noisey but its a dual sport tire, its expected. Btw i ride the bike 40 miles round trip to work whenever i can so its alot of onroad miles.

very good tire! Looks and performs great!!
So as everyone know the stock Dunlops for the KLR are complete garbage in every category. However, this tire is amazing off road! I have so much more confidence in gravel and mud. If you rack up the miles on the flat top really fast I would maybe steer away from this tire because you will only get about 3k out of them. But if you are like me and ride every other weekend and maybe do 200 miles tops its best bang for your buck. I am willing to sacrifice longevity for performance off road. Seriously this tire is like a conveyor belt in deep mud and has handled everything I could throw at it. I can go down gravel roads twice as fast and still feel confident. I will be buying this tire as long as Michelin makes it.

Great aggressive dual sport tire.
2012 DR650 handles good all around with matching T63s. Bike wobbled past 70mph until the tires worn in some. Back tire worn with about 2500 miles and front still has about 60%. Hard riding.

Great on/off road tire!
Mounted this tire on my KLR650 the other day and only have a few hundred miles on it so far, so no comment on long term tread wear, but it has shown to have excellent grip on all surfaces and road conditions and really digs into the dirt and sand. Haven't tried it in the mud yet.

Much quieter on pavement than some of the other DOT approved knobbies I've owned.

Very happy with this tire so far.

Great tire
Great DOT tire for my 03 KLX300, I went with a 130 width, with no clearance issue at all. Great feel and good grip on the pavement, and off road, it also has good traction. I had the Michelin AC10 on the bike, the AC10 had great off road traction, but on the paved roads, the T63 is much better!

can't beat it
Just got this on my drz400s about 300 miles on the pair so far. It's wearing in well. Hooks up nicely on dirt, gravel and glides over rocks and roots with no problem. It's tolerable on asphalt. Brake early during first couple hundred miles.

excellent tire a rock bottom price
I ride a KLR 650. I've written several different tires the Michelin T 63 is the most aggressive that I have used the Continental tck 80 it was better on the street but in all off road areas for me Michelin was better and almost half the cost. I have 2500 kilometers on it

Put it on the back of my XR650R .
I have about half tread left , don`t know the miles but they have been really hard . For the price paid I think it is a great tire. Handles really good on the pavement and does good in the dirt .
