Simple and effective
Bought this to use with my Powerlet glove liners as well as Firstgear heated pant liner and socks.

For those of you who are looking to buy this, you get exactly what's in the picture. There are no additional cables - just the controller and the wires that come out of it. Compatible with Powerlet plugs.

The two knobs each have 5 settings that click to differentiate the different outputs - I was wearing Icon Patrol gloves + heated glove liner + cotton gloves underneath (to prevent burns) and I could still (barely) feel the clicks. Originally I thought this was a dial with a full range of settings, but so far it's been suitable enough. There is also a light for each knob to let you know if it's on or off.

The controller has a belt clip but frankly I can't see anyone clipping it to their belt as it'd be hard to reach with the knobs pointed up (jacket would likely cover) or the settings would change with it pointed down as the knobs would be against your leg (not to mention it might slip off). I used a velcro strap to attach it above my knee, but there was no place for the controller to grip so it would occasionally slip off - my advice is to loop the wire that connects to the battery harness under the strap so that it will stop the connector from slipping off, assuming the harness is on the same side.

I bought this because I needed a controller that had easy access to the controls for on the fly adjustment for my heated gear and it has fully met my expectations. I would definitely buy this again.

works with Gerbing heated gear
Bought this controller to connect my heated gloves with my jacket instead of the Gerbing controller since they stopped caring the Gerbing controller. Does the job and you pay a lot less. Good air flow btw lol

Better Temperature Control
I bought this to replace the cord and controller for my Tour Master Synergy gloves. The old cord had split near the plug and exposed the wire making the original thermostat controller useless. This allows me to provide better heat control to my gloves and vest from one location. Much easier that reaching over with my left hand to adjust the temp.

Product works well
This controller does just exactly what it claims to do, and does it well. Time will tell how it lasts.

Tourmaster stands behind their products
I've used my dual controller for about 3 years now. A little while ago, the tip of connector that connects to the battery harness broke making the controller useless.
I sent an email to Tourmaster to see if I could get another coax connector in order to repair my controller which was out of warranty by now.
The next day I got an email from Revzilla telling me that Tourmaster told them about my issue and that they were sending me a new controller - no charge.

I got my replacement controller 2 days later.

Outsanding service and support from both Tourmaster and Revzilla.

Also, someone on a previous post mentioned that the "belt clip" was not really useful. It is not a belt clip. It's to attach the controller to your thigh with the leg band which is an great setup.

Good System
The Tourmaster system works great especially in weather well below the freezing levels. I've experienced some issues with the controller failing but not sure why. I am ecstatic with RevZilla coming through in a pinch with a replacement controller, because the manufacturer wouldn't have any in stock for 6 months.

However, the heating system is wonderful when you want to ride all year long but don't want to freeze when it is 20 degrees F.

Good value compared to the competition
Having been through 3 or 4 controllers that have failed one way or another I was happy to find a similar controller that is compatible with my jacket and gloves for a reasonable price. Service was quick

Well worth the money. Cheaper than First Gear or Gerbing, and well worth the money

It's a heat controller. Appears to work as advertised.
Bought this to tie together a set of gloves and a jacket. So far so good at just under 15 hours riding time. Set is a bit bulky but not more so than the competition, my biggest complaint would be length of the power lead. It is exactly as long as the two heater wires making easy trailside identification in the dark difficult, plus I like a longer power lead as I frequently stand and it's nice to be able to do so without another cord.
Just personal peeves that don't really detract from the product overall, just things I noticed.
