SW-MOTECH Blaze Sport Saddle Bag System

The SW-MOTECH Bags-Connection Blaze Sport Saddlebag System offers an innovative way to mount soft saddlebags onto sport-style motorcycles. The system features mounting arms that quickly attach to the motorcycle and then slip into channels located on the backside of each bag. These arms make installation a breeze and support the bags to prevent side-to-side movement and potential contact with the exhaust or rear tire. The mounting arms detach quickly to retain the stock look of the motorcycle when the bags are removed. The SW-MOTECH Bags-Connection Blaze Sport Saddlebags feature durable YKK RC-Fuse zippers and are expandable from 14 to 21 liters per bag.

Features:

  • Made from high quality 1680 ballistic nylon
  • Volume 14-21 liters per saddlebag
  • Solid panniers prevent contact between saddlebags and tires
  • Quick lock pannier bracket
  • Main compartment with top loading function and outside pocket with side loading function
  • Reflective trim
  • RC-Fuse Zippers
  • 2 Year warranty

Included Accessories:

  • Mounting hardware
  • Waterproof inner bags

great soft case
The rack for this was easy to mount on my 2013 Triumph street triple R (rack unfortunately not yet available for my 2015 RX). These bags hug the bike closely, so look good. With the zip expansion, they can carry more gear. I rode 6 hours in heavy rain, and while i was soaked, the bags stayed dry inside. Only downside is the fabric is harder to clean than a hard case (just requires easy removal and a bit of scrubbing).
Will install this bag on my 2015 RX as soon as the rack is available

Great bags for my GSXR1000
I love my GSXR, but occasionally I do need bags... These are great. The mounting posts stabilize the bags and they mount and dismount from the bike easily. Enough room to carry stuff on a 4 day trip (our usual trips). Get to the mountains, pull out the posts and im back to a sports bike on the twistys.

The only thing I find a pain is that I need to put the rear seat back on instead of the seat cowl and use the mylar protectant tape where the strap goes over the back of the bike.

For a sport bike, these are a great fit!

nc700x
I bought these for a honda nc700x and the gas tank is under where the velcrow crosses over the top, you must undo this to put in gas and when you release the right bag falls down on a hot muffler, very bad choice fro a NC700X.

Perfect weekend luggage solution
I had these on my CB500X and couldn't have been happier. The clever mounting system is super subtle when you aren't using the bags, and taking the on and off is quick and painless.

I routinely used them to hold a weekend's worth of stuff, and I'm not talking about just the bare minimum either. I'd bring extra shoes, snacks and drinks, and sometimes even my 13" laptop. The only things I didn't pack in the bags were towels and rain gear, which I'd strap to the pillion seat.

They aren't cheap, but I haven't dealt with any of the less expensive alternatives to know how they compare. All I know is that these bags are good quality, and never once let me down or showed any signs of wear.

Buy with confidence.

Pricey but so worth it
Easy on, easy off. Throw 'em over your shoulder and take your junk inside. These didn't get in the way for my passenger for out little desert adventure. No real locking feature unless you augment the plastic clips with a lock of some kind. When I head downtown I just attach a disc lock with motion alarm on the bike. Should deter and looky-loo's. German engineering at its finest.

One of the Best Soft Saddlebags Ever
Pricey, but worth it. Just completed a 1600+ mile trip with these on my Hayabusa. Plenty of room, the water-proof liners work well and the bags were stable up to 140 mph. ;-) Easy to remove and store. Look forward to using these on my next long trip.

Fantastic bags, worth the money!
If you own a sports bike like I do, finding a luggage system that doesn't require tying straps everywhere and it becoming an ordeal to get them on and off is what you want. Once installed (the directions are poor and hard to follow - the pictures are better), they are easy on and off. Slips into the posts and clips in. Looks great on a Kawasaki Ninja!

You won't regret buying these bags! Well worth the money.

Great product, LETS GO CAMPING!
I just installed these bags two days ago. It was very easy to do and the pictures are well laid out. I commute, so these bags have already seen over 120 miles. They stay put. I have not added any weight into the bags yet. I will adjust this review if they seem to dip down. There is plenty of room over the exhaust as long as the straps are not looped under the grab bars. I am very happy with this product.

quality soft bags
first off, I have a Yamaha xsr 900. and the kit for an fz 09 fit perfectly. however, my blinkers were previously changed out to much smaller than stock. so , the stock blinkers might rub on the bags. the bags are really nice, the installation isn't that bad. there are mounting brackets that bolt on behind the rear foot pegs. and there is an offset bracket for the rear brake reservoir. everything included in the price. the bags along with the arm are completely removable(which is why I bought them). the bags when installed seem very sturdy and they hold their shape..all in all, I am satisfied with the purchase and see myself getting much use out of this set on my xsr.
