This adapter is a great addition to the Qualifier DLX helmet
The quality of the unit is good and the fit in the DLX helmet is excellent. Easy install. Nice low profile compared to the standard Scala clamp mount.

Excellent!
The kit comes with all the required parts.
I installed it on Bell Qualifier DLX.
It attaches as it should.
It contains both microphone and speakers so you can use the Scala Q1/3 on another helmet using the supplied with the BT speakers/mic.

Fits the helmet well, does not retain mic swap
this kit fits the cutout in the helmet great. it lets you put the door on the helmet when not using the communicator, unlike the sena.

the only thing you lose when adding this kit instead of using the universal mount, is the ability to swap out the mic for the little velcro mounted one.

the plus is that this mic sounds better than either of the ones that comes with the q3, according to the people i have spoken to.

at 70 mph on the interstate with the qualifier dlx helmet. this kit, and the q3. the people i call do not even know i am on my bike.

speakers could be a little louder, but i have hearing troubles.

would buy again

Mic is useless
The fit kit is great. Adapts the Scala perfectly to the Qualifier DLX. Easy to install. Microphone SUCKS!!!! Have to basically be eating the enclosed Mic for my partner to hear me. Was not nearly this bad with the factory mic. So much potential, suck a let down.

Do NOT recommend.

But as for Revzilla, lightning fast shipping. Will shop with them again.

Is it compatible with other brands? Or do I need to buy the same brand as my buddy? He has the Sena S.

We have a 500 model Bell helmut and I want to purchase the Cardo Scala Rider Duo will it fit my helmut?
A shopper on Mar 14, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Is your helmet a full face helmet? The Scala rider will attach to any full face helmet regardless of brand. However some bell qualifier helmets are made specifically for the scala Ryder but an additional mounting bracket needs purchased. So the answer is yes as long as your helmet is a full head covering helmet it will bolt right up.
Will this fit the new Freecom series?
Daniel C on May 27, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I think this was made for the Q1/Q3 I have the Q3 and it was a perfect fit. I used it on my Bell Devil may care helmet.
Does the Q series have the ability to talk to the G9 series?
A shopper on Aug 9, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I talked with Scala about the Q2 pro talking to the Q3. They said that all Q systems will communicate with each other. You will need to call them about the G9 system.
