Awesome bars
So i just finished these on my 2016 street bob. They are awesome bars. I did not need to replace cables or lines. Running the wiring was the only tough part. But I tied a shoe lace at the connector and ran it through the bars and gently pulled the wiring through. It was a little tough but worth the work.

Solid bars, great look
Put on a 2015 48. Looks amazing. Gives a more comfortable riding height without being an ape hanger.

Look great on 2014 48. Couple things I wish I knew ahead of time
I bought these because a.) they look amazing on a 48 and b.) I wanted to reduced my reach, how much I lean forward. There is not as much pullback as I would like, but they provide 4 inches more rise and are at a more comfortable arm position.

Now, for the installation issues. Most of these didn't affect my review score, but they are worth noting because there is some misinformation/lack of information out there about what you need to install these.

Based on the other reviews, Q/A, etc, it seemed like it would be one and done. No additional parts, cable swaps, etc. Not true at all.

First, I didn't realize that the bar (or any bar that goes straight across at the risers) would barely strike the top fork nuts. You can still torque the bolts down to the riser, but it will marr the paint on the bars, your fork nuts, and there will be about a 1/16" - 1/8" gap under your bar in the riser grooves. There are special riser spacers our there for our "integrated risers" to fix this. $60 at HD.

Next up, I had to sand the crap out of the right hand side to get my throttle to spring back properly. Not a big deal, just annoying (paint should stop before the end of the bar like with the stock bars for this reason.)

Next, I keep seeing people saying that you don't need new cables, etc. Not true. Clutch and electrical are fine. Brake line will "technically" reach, but it will be maxed out and you will have to bypass the clamp under your triple tree. This is a problem, because traversing full right will pinch your brake line between your fork and body. Not safe. Spend a few bucks on a longer brake line and do it right.

Finally, the mirrors. This will vary bared on how you angle the bars. For me, I have them leaning back a bit. This makes the under slung mirrors on the 48 worthless. You'll be looking at the pavement. If you try to rotate the mirror mounts, they will hit the tank at around 50% traverse. I had to switch them to top mount. Though it doesn't look as bad as I thought it would, I really wanted to keep the under mount.

All in all I love the product itself. Just wanted to point out some of my mistakes so that other 48 riders don't make the some ones.

Nice Bars But...
The bars looked good but when I test fitted them to my Fat Boy they looked silly. Would probably go great on a sportster or smaller framed bike. Sadly I had to return them.

Beautiful, BUT.......
These things are beautiful, nice angles and great ergonomics. Not to mention, over built, they are super stiff! Only bad thing, is they are a royal pain to wire internally, but so worth it!

Awesome bars, Could be easier to install!!
Love the style and look. Installation would be much easier if there were some generic install tips included. I didnt receive any documentation. Finish is easily scuffed.
Running the hand control wiring would be much easier if a die grinder were used internally where the tubes are welded together to smooth the sharp edges of the tube ends to prevent scraping/stripping of the wire during install.
If i had to do it all over again i would!!
