Great winter glove for East Coast
I have not found a better winter glove at this price point. They fit true to size and they are very comfortable.

I ride in the winter in Maryland - 25-35deg in the AM at about 65-75mph for 10 minutes and hands stay warm.

Solid cold weather glove for Chicago riding
I don't plan on riding if the temps are below 40* (no heated gear), so I needed a glove that would block wind and keep my hands warm better than my summer gloves (Rev'It Striker 2) but did not need the absolute top notch insulation.

Bang for the Buck: For me, these seem to be recently priced compared to other winter gloves on the market. I like the palm impact protection, hard knuckle protection and the amount of insulation I get for the price.

Features: Seems to be solid protection, and the touchscreen point finger is nice to have although I haven't used it yet. Again I like the presence of a palm slider/impact protection, which some gloves inexplicably do not have. The double closure on each glove is odd, not sure why two are needed since this isn't the "single-motion closure" that the more expensive Rev'It gloves have. Would have been great to have that, as i don't know how much that adds to the cost of the gloves and what glove needs that more than a winter glove?

Comfort: These have keep my hands warm riding on the highway at 50* ambient temperature. My fingers were only slightly chilly at the end of a 45 minute ride, likely because the rest of my gear wasn't up to snuff so my entire body was colder. They are obviously bulkier than my summer gloves but I don't find that they interfere with my controls, or my feel for the controls, not even remotely. The fit is spot on for me, finger length was just right and cuffs aren't so bulky that they can't fit snugly underneath my Schott jacket with sleeves zippered. I can even keep my watch on.

Style: The best I can say about these gloves is that they are subdued. I disagree with Anthony that you could wear these with a nice topcoat or more formal off-the-bike look. The pronounced knuckle bumps and Rev'it logo on the index finger say "motorcycle" first, style second. Also, on-the-body they are not as slim-fitting or looking as the photos, especially in the fingers. It's all fine, I'm not looking to win any fashion contests while on the bike and they still get the job done.

Good all around winter glove
Recently returned from an early morning clear but colder ride from Ventura, CA to Peoria AZ on a bike with no wind protection for the hands. Temps were in the low 40's from 4:30am until 7:00am (sunrise) on the way out. Wore them most of the way with no complaints. Then switched when the temps his 65 or so. These gloves performed very well for me. On the early morning return trip, the desert temps dipped into the hi 30's and my finger tips started to get numb by the time I made it to Quartzsite, AZ. Had to dawn a pair of glove liners and that got rid of the finger tip numbness. Didn't experience any rain so I cannot comment on the water proof abilities. These glove are pretty comfortable and secure to your hands in two places like a good glove should. The size is right on for my XXXL hands. The quality seems to be excellent. Comfort is also excellent. The gauntlets although on the smaller side do a great job sealing over top of a jacket cuff. All in all, you get what you pay for and this pair of riding gloves definitely fills the bill for me.

Could've gave it 5-stars but...
I love Rev'It gear, but I have to ding one star for its ability to keep my hands "warm". My commute is 50 miles round trip from home to work and I only commute with my bike if I know the weather is going to be sunny, partly sunny, or with chance of showers. I leave in the AM when the temps are around 40 degrees. The gloves keep my hands warm for about 20 minutes and that's about it. Grant it, it's not heated gloves, but I would expect the gloves to at least keep my hands warm longer than 20 minutes. PNW traffic is horrendous during peak hours, so I'm stuck in traffic for over an hour to drive 25 miles. Other than its ability to keep hands warm for prolonged periods of time, it is well made and the fit is perfect. I almost ordered a size medium, but glad I didn't. The size small fits perfectly and it's starting to break in. I probably wouldn't wear these gloves in 30 degrees or lower, but then again, why torture your body to sit in freezing cold temps without the right gear? I highly recommend these gloves for Fall and Spring, but not for winter.

Comfortable winter gloves.
Purchased these gloves for when it is really cold. The lining is very comfortable and warm. The gloves are little thick but not as bad as the Icon Raiden gloves. The quality is awesome.

Warm, but bulky winter glove
Fit: large in Icon fits me exactly right, however the large in the Trocadero fits a bit looser around palm and about a half inch too long in the fingers. Wasnt able to try a medium in order to see if is just a sizing down issue or if the large is just a bit baggy.

Warmth: super super warm. I feel it’s only good for 2 seasons with my slow cafe racing speeds - winter and fall

Performance : gauntlet is adequate and tougher to fit over my jacket with snap closures, but I can attest that it is completely windproof. Haven’t had a chance to test the waterproofing yet. A bit too bulky in the palm, but as I don’t have heated grips, this is probably just as well. Good articulation and able to hit switches easily. The Seesoft knuckle protection is very compliant and soft...very comfortable. Looks to be very durable and the only caveat in my mind is whether or not I should have sized down.

Warm but reduced dexterity
These gloves are great. They are very warm but they do reduce hand mobility more than I'd like. I reflected this in the comfort rating. Maybe they just need breaking in. It would also be useful to have a squeegee on a winter glove.

Scooter gloves, not enough dexterity for motorcyclists
First impression: These are large, heavy gloves. Before even trying them on, you can see and feel the weight and density of the materials. They even "look" warm.

Intended market: Revit markets this glove as a "Scooter" glove. It says as much right on the tags - very specifically mentions they are for scooters, and not sport nor touring motorcycles. Probably because they know this glove is not dexterous enough to safely operate a motorcycle. It is simply too bulky.

Sizing: The fingers were too long for my average sized hands. I typically wear a size Large in Revit gloves, of which I have a few other pairs. The Trocadero's long glove fingers bumped into my levers when switching from on-to-off lever grip positions. Felt very awkward and not at all confidence inspiring, which I won't gamble on in spite of my own safety.

Otherwise, the comfort and build quality of this glove is very nice, and the lining felt quite warm during my brief try on period. I'd gladly use something just like this for other cold weather activities that did not require motorcycle levels of hand-finger dexterity.

Sadly, I'll have to keep looking for the magic combination of warmth, subdued styling and dexterity.

Too bulky. Maybe good for scooters.
I returned these gloves without even taking them in the bike. All I really want are simple waterproof gloves, and I thought the design of these would be nice and subtle. Unfortunately the gloves we're just too bulky for me. I felt that they would be unsafe to operate the controls. Think snowmobile gloves. Also, for some reason the left pinky was short even though the right was good. I didn't need the insulation because I have heated grips but it seems impossible to find waterproof gloves that aren't also insulated. Back to shopping again I guess.

Needed a pair of high quality winter gloves for my morning commute. Just tried these gloves out, they fit and function as expected for a winter glove. They are also warm at highway speeds without fairing protection. so far, the weather has only been down to 49 degrees f, but i think they will work well into the lower 40s. My commute is 40 minutes at highway speeds of 365 - 70 mph.

For wet/cold weather riding. Good protection, good insulation and subtle looks for a competitive price.
