Good Glove with Correct Fit
A quick note right off the bat: The photo is incorrect. The photo is of the men's version of this glove which has a plastic palm slider. This generation of the women's version has a cushion, (briefly visible in the video, I also attached a photo), while the previous generation had a plastic slider.

I owned a pair of Women's Summit H2O, the previous gen, in medium, which I passed to my spouse when I realized they were causing my thumb to ache from reaching for the turn signal due to being slightly too small. My mistake.

My measurements are 19 cm hand circumference under the knuckle, 8.2-8.5 cm hand width, 18 cm from wrist to tip of middle finger. I have tried on both medium and large. The medium fit for the womens' is similar to the previous generation, and I noticed that my thumb would likely continue to stretch against the fabric to reach for buttons. So I chose large, and there is some space at the tips the fingers, under 1/2 cm max, but I find it acceptable.

The set it and forget it cuff is really cool, and it fits over the cuffs of my Firstgear jacket smoothly. Very happy with this feature.

The leather is a bit thick for my tastes - notably thicker than the previous version - which translates to some extra resistance when bending the fingers, but I expect that makes the glove a bit more protective, so that's a plus. Probably just needs to be broken in.

All in all, I think I'm going to love this glove. The liner is soft and comfortable. I would have preferred the plastic palm slider personally but the cushion is pretty thick and should go a long way in protecting the heel of the palm from breakage in a fall.

Nice features, Failed sizing
I'm a guy, so I bought the men's version first. I measured my hand, checked the chart, and bought a men's M. The palm fit was good but the fingers were really long. I read another buyer's review. He said that he had the same issue, and that he bought the women's XL and it was a perfect fit.So I did the same.

I bought the women's XL, but it was not a perfect fit for me. The fingers were much better, though maybe just a tad too short. But the bigger issue was that the palm was WAY too tight. it was painful to flex my hand, so I couldn't ride with it.

Anyway, I'm not sure that this review will be too helpful for the ladies out there. But if you're a guy with shorter fingers and are looking here for an alternative, I suggest looking at another product.

Warm with great mobility
My first REV'IT purchase were the perforated gloves last summer when I was a passenger so when I got my own motorcycle and began riding a few weeks ago and discovered the need for good gloves (and heated grips) I went to REV'IT again. I chose these as they were the perfect amount of bulk (warmth)/protection/mobility. I haven't lost any 'feel' on my controls but I can stay warm down into the 40's without turning on my heated grips and with the grips I am good below 30 degrees. There are warmer gloves out there but they are bulkier and I worried about losing 'feel' and becoming clumsy. My husband had also purchased heated gloves for me but I was nervous to ride while wearing them because they were huge and thick so I returned them and got these and heated grips instead.

The fit is consistent with my perforated leather gloves from REV'IT (both medium) and these have actually broken in faster than the perforated summer gloves (probably because as a rider I use my hands way more than I did as a passenger). I highly recommend REV'IT gloves and I am also very happy with the Madison 2 riding jeans!

Excellent protection
I watched the Revzilla video and read all the reviews before choosing these gloves. I will say they take a while to break-in. I've been wearing them for a couple of months and they are still fairly tight - not as bad as at first -- I can wear them for longer rides now without having to switch to some looser ones. My hand measures 7" -- I ordered size small according to the size chart. I prefer to wear these over any of my others as they offer more protection. Totally happy with these -- may be too warm for summer though.

Perfect for cool commutes and touring!
The summit 2 is the glove I needed, and as most of Revit's newer stuff it fits pretty true to size. These did need to break in a bit before they stopped feeling tight, after 200 miles or so now they feel comfortably snug.

I love the features- the way the cuff tightens and closes is genius, now I wish more gloves were like this. The protection and padding fits well in all the right places. It is absolutely perfect for cool morning commutes in to work, when it's 50 degrees outside my hands still feel warm in them, I am happy with them right down to near freezing temps. Obviously since it's a waterproof glove, once it gets warm they get hot, but the liner does help keep your hands drier. And they fit long/skinny fingers so well.

For me they are definitely worth purchasing.

I wanted some waterproof gloves that could handle a range of temperatures. These gloves have done well so far. I wear them from 55-70 deg F. They feel like they have ample protection and allow me to still use my phone. I have a 7.25" hand which puts me between a small and medium. The small fit me best as I don't have long fingers. They felt tight at first but have loosened up well. Would recommend these.

One out of Two
Bought the gloves in April 2016.
I ride every day to and from work.
Size small.
They fit well the first day, slightly snug but within the month very comfortable. No issues with H20 as expected. Will fade at different rates.

Right glove: Great glove, great fit and feel, never have any issues with it. Still love the right glove. Would give 5 stars if not for the left glove.

Left glove: Not as great. Within the first month the outer mesh on the left glove pinky frayed out. Otherwise on par with Right glove.
Lasted until this winter with a lot of rain and just frayed along the knuckles all 4, within the month of Feb. After a very rainy ride the liner came out (Has happened before when it's been to wet but little to with no issue putting it back in) NEVER went back in, truely tried. I'm very practiced at it. Cut the base of the liner after not being able to put my fingers in and exhausted effort and the plastic (probably not the correct term) was too bunched and twisted and just a mess. So I ripped it out. Slid the liner in without it and will wear them tomorrow!

Honestly I'll buy another pair in April and hope I get the quality of 2 right gloves. They're great in tropical weather where one day it's hot and the next day it's pouring on the way home.

I wanted to buy my wife a pair of quality gloves for our adventure touring riding in the great state of Alaska. A friend of mine owns a pair the previous model, using them over the past few years and highly recommended the gloves. The Revzilla's video review sold me on the new version.

Is this picture of the men's version or the women's? Another reviewer has said that the women's version does not have a plastic palm slider, but rather a cushion. Is that true?
Tracey D on May 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: My wife and I have these gloves and hers is, in fact, different than the my men's version. The picture is of the men's version which has a blue hard plastic palm slider while her gloves have an elevated cushion instead.
