Great water resistant winter gloves!
Revit makes three versions of this glove, one is "wind" proof (Crater WSP), one is "water" proof (Hydra H20) and one is the Goretex (Kryptonite GTX). All three have their thermal lining as well.

You really have to make a decision here if you want the gloves with windstopper or the gloves that are water proof. Goretex i would assume gives you the best of both worlds, but at an increased cost. I chose the water proof gloves, and i'm happy i did! They are still plenty warm for my riding needs, however you fingers will get very cold sub freezing temps for longer than 30-60 mins. If you have heated grips or wind guards then i think you would be just fine. But remember some wind DOES get through the Hydra H20 gloves, and this is why you see reviews with people saying they don't work very will sub freezing temps and/or longer commutes.

If you have a long commute and never plan on seeing wet conditions than the Crater Windstopper gloves should be your best choice (they are also slightly cheaper). I feel they would be much warmer due to blocking 100% of the wind. And as long as you don't get them wet with rain or snow would stay warmer than the Hydras.

Other than that, the Hydras are really fantastic gloves. They have all the protections i was looking for (Knuckle / Palm slider / goat skin) they have a strap which cinches easily, and they have the connect finger tip (I love this). The best part is they finally made the connect finger tip the SAME COLOR as the glove! They look fantastic.

Getting the gloves on can be daunting as there is no pull tab and once you have one on, grabbing the bit of leather and pulling them on can be hard, but honestly you get used to it pretty fast. I just don't feel safe yanking on the fleece bit at the end as i feel over time this may damage the seam.

Bike feel with these gloves on is really good, and you retain a ton of finger movement, especially for the thumb.

As far as fit goes, I measured in the high XL low 2XL range on the Revit size chart, but knew that the Revit gloves run a tad bit small and ordered the 2XL. They fit absolutely perfectly for me.

Overall i love the look of this line of gloves from Revit. They slid under a jacket sleeve really well and offer great bike feel and protection. I feel with the three models, they really do cover all types of riders. You can't go wrong with any of them.

Good do-it-all gloves
Having had these gloves for about a year, I can safely say I am very happy with them. Initially, I was concerned with buying a waterproof/ winter non-gauntlet glove, but the way Rev'it designed these there is little compromise. The fabric wrist cuff fits under your jacket sleeve while the rest of the glove bulges out to form a solid seal. Medium gloves usually fit me well and these are no exception, feeling standardly sized. With handguards and heated grips I am perfectly comfortable riding with these until freezing temps, then they start to let the cold in. They are definitely waterproof and are comfortable to wear as rain gloves even in slightly warmer weather. The touch screen part works okay for my Android phone, but certainly not as well as I hoped it would.

Not waterproof
Just got back from a 1 week ride to smoky mountains and BRP. Got caught in a steady rain that lasted almost 300 miles. These glove were soaked inside and out. Look great and are comfortable. But if you buy these for their waterproofness you will be disappointed .I bought these to put on when it started raining. Wrong choice.

Good gloves but not for cold weather
I was initially very satisfied when I got these gloves but as I started using them in the colder months, I became disappointed.
Although very well built and comfortable, they are not very warm even in mild temperatures. In the low 30s (F), my fingers got cold in 15 minutes of riding. Longer than 30 minutes, I start feeling pain in my fingers from the cold setting in and I have to stop and go indoors. 20-30 F, these gloves are completely useless and offer no warmth at all. These are not windproof either.
On the upside, the waterproofing has worked well and the gloves look good in my opinion. These gloves work great for moderate temperatures (around 42 F and above) but they are definitely not "winter gloves"

Great for mild cold weather
I just got back from a 200 mile "test" ride with morning temps varying between 55 to 58 degrees and they are great. When temperatures dropped down between 45 to 48 degrees in the mountain passes and I could then really feel the cold but only in the finger tips and it became increasingly uncomfortable but not intolerable. This is with hand protectors and heated grips on my bike however the remaining areas of my hands remained warm. For commuting less than 30 minutes in 40 degree weather is about the limit in my opinion however YMMV. Still, they are great looking gloves and the fit was spot on. Although they are well insulated, I had no trouble using any of the controls.

Good water proof glove
These fit pretty small. I have a very average size hand (I think anyway). I bought the large and they are a little tight especially around the thumb. Not the easiest to get on but it wasn't bad enough to send them back.

The touch screen feature is nice and works just fine. They seem to have decent protection as well.

I just rode in the rain today and my hands were bone dry so the water proofness seems pretty reliable.

I wish I got an XL but overall these gloves are a nice cold weather glove.

Excellent gloves for reasonable price
Fit a little small. Good rain resistance. Warm without being too warm. They feel really solid too. I trust them to protect my hands if I ever need them to.

Nice fall/winter option
I have been riding with these for a few weeks on chilly mornings. The coldest I've ridden was about 35 degrees and only about 20 minutes, but my hands didn't feel cold at all. I've ridden for about an hour in the low 40's, and again my hands were pleasantly warm. I probably won't do much extended riding in the winter, so I don't know if these will be ideal for long and cold rides, but they seem perfect for commuting without numb hands. I can't attest to their performance in the rain.

They are a little bulky, which seems unavoidable for a winter glove. But not excessively so and I don't have any problem with the controls. The protection seems adequate, but I hope not to test that. I wear large in most American gloves, these fit well in XL.

Great Glove
My girlfriend got my the women's fit of this glove for Christmas. I really enjoy them. Thus far, I have ridden them in temperatures down to 28 degrees, and haven't had any problem. Below about 40, I feel a bit of a chill, but I dont experience any numbness and they are chilly but not at all cold. They are very comfortable, they arent bulky at all. I can easily feel all of my controls. Despite keeping me warm, my hands dont get sweaty or overheated.
The fit is nice, they are a bit tight around palm, but they have worn in nicely. The length of the fingers are perfect for me. Being able to use my phone without having to take off the gloves is really nice.
The knit cuff is really comfortable and does a really good job of keeping the cold out.

Not bad...but wierd.
Have had these for a couple years. They don't see a ton of use, maybe 45 days total. Overall I am pretty happy with these. I wouldn't stand on the soapbox and try and convince people to buy them, but they work. However, they are a pain in the hand to get on. The wrist hole is tiny and it doesn't stretch, so getting them on is a chore. If I was looking to get a new pair of gloves, which I did, I would look elsewhere for that simple fact.

Pros:
They keep your hands dry.
Not crazy expensive.
Not bulky.

Cons:
Crazy long thumb.
Terrible to get on.

After reading through the reviews, I liked what others had to say about the product. Overall, I'm very happy, however, on days colder than 30 degrees, I could use a warmer glove.

The problem I'm having with my current gloves is that they're too bulky at the wrist to fit under the sleeve of my jacket and be able to close the sleeve. Are these reasonably slim at the wrist and is anyone having problems closing their jacket cuffs when these gloves are on?
Benjamin W on Oct 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: These fit fine under my jacket sleeves...I have no issue there. They are comfortable and water-proof, albeit I do get some water in during extreme downpours after a period of time. Also, they don't keep my hands as warm as I'd like when it drops below 40 F. I will look for warmer gloves this winter, but all in all, I really like these.
It says it has a visor wiper, where is it? I cant see it.
Luis D on Jan 10, 2016
BEST ANSWER: There is no rubber wiper (as on other Rev'it gloves). They may be referring to the suede type of leather on the outside of index finger as the wiper?
