Progressive Suspension Fork Springs For Harley

The 'Original' progressive-rate fork springs soak up small road bumps, yet are firm enough to absorb the molar-rattlers. Spring rates have been chosen to reduce front end "dive" during braking, yet still provide excellent ride comfort. A progressive-rate spring has the advantage of a resistance to compression that rises as the spring is being compressed - it gets tougher to compress as it is compressed. The benefit of this is that the spring can be soft enough at the start of the travel to offer a "plush" ride, yet be firm enough at the end of the travel to soak up the big bumps.

Features:

  • Progressive spring rate
  • High-quality chrome-silicon wire
  • Precision wound
  • Made in USA

Fitment Notes & Exceptions
  • Changing ride height can potentially change many carefully-engineered attributes of your bike, including trail and mechanical trail
  • A change in ride height at one end of the vehicle usually will require a change at the other end
  • Heavy Duty shocks are recommended for bikes operated at or near the OEM maximum load rating over 50% of the time
  • Prior to purchasing springs that are different than your OEM length, please verify that wheel and suspension travel can be altered without causing clearance issues - common interference spots include triple trees, fenders, frame, and of course, the ground
