So far, great for the warm weather.
I haven't had this jacket for too long, but it seems to tick a lot of boxes. The size is almost perfect. Fits like a glove. The zippers are top notch, I only got one of the sleeves caught once because I was an idiot and tried to strong-arm it open instead of backing it off. It hasn't happened since. The straps and buttons on the arms and waist are good, but it'd be nice to have a little more adjustability. Overall, it's very good.

Protection wise, it's good. Just like the review states, the shoulder and elbow protection is good, just get a spine protector. The one that comes in the jacket is just a pad. it's not saving anything in the event of a crash.

The only downside is the removable liner. While it's 'ok', it's just not that comfortable. It's waterproof, but it's the cheap waterproof. Like wearing a shower curtain. Yes, it's waterproof, but it's not the material for the job. This stuff doesn't breathe. So if you're not wearing long sleeves it's going to get clingy or make you hot, or both. It also had a little tab hanging off at the neck where it looks like the waterproofing wasn't cut all the way from the factory. I cut it off myself(it was stabbing me in the neck), but this shouldn't be necessary.

Overall, for a summer jacket, it's a good buy. I'd recommend it to anyone. If you're also looking to do track days, spend more and get something a little more robust.

great jacket, nice airflow
I've had this jacket for about 2 months now and it works well. I ordered the 4X and it was the proper size according to Oxford's size chart (50in chest). This jacket flows plenty of air and keeps you cool and comfortable during your ride.

I did find the bicep straps to be useless. I couldn't fasten them without unnecessary pressure on my arms. I took the strap and made an adjustment so it now tucks into the upper sleve. I considered cutting it off if this didn't work but it did.

The rain liner works well over the top of the jacket and is roomy enough to not get bound up or feel too tight. I didn't like it inside the jacket as it felt too confining. I bought the jacket for the hot weather so the interior insert was not much of a concern for me.

The sleeve length is plenty long. I like the zippers at the wrist to quickly close up the jacket after your gloves are on. The collar feels good and is soft against your neck.

I did trade out the flimsy back protector for one that will absorb more impact and was CE armor, same for the shoulder pads. I left the elbow pads in as they felt sufficiently protective.

Best thing ever for its price!
This is the perfect summer jacket for street riders! It's styling is spectacular; aggressive while minimalistic. The black and white color contrast are just in the right spots to look great with any color motorcycle.

You might only feel uncomfortable if you're stuck in traffic AND there's humidity, but it still feels better than wearing anything else. When you're in motion OR when there's low humidity, it feels amazing! Plus, if you ever get caught in the rain, you might stay relatively dry for the first 10 minutes, which is impressive for a mesh jacket.

I haven't fell yet with this jacket, but I am confident in its capability. The elbows and shoulders are well padded, and that's where the most impacts on the upper body. It would've been nice if the back had armor, but it's still softly padded and I think it will provide sufficient protection.

Excellent summer jacket
Excellent ventilation! Breathes very well on hot summer days. Protection is on par with lightweight summer jackets but armor sits a little low and loose around the shoulders and elbows (I'm skinny, arms and all). I DO feel like the protection will be in place if something goes wrong. Stitching and material in general is excellent and bang for the buck I think this jacket is a seriously good choice. Looks VERY sporty too! Probably worth upgrading the back pad as it is on par with these type of jackets and it always seems like a sensible move. I really love this jacket and the quality of build - highly recommend. I wear a 39 tall blazer and the medium size fit me quite well with enough shoulder to not feel it too tight on my back when on a ride.

The jacket was everything I had expected with regards to Style, protection and durability, quality of workmanship etc...The fit was so grossly off for the advertised size, that it turned into a disappointment. I am a large person and require a 5X size. I ordered the 5X and found it to be a truly 1X size when compared to other clothing manufacturers. I just wonder if the manufacturer put the 5X tag in the jacket erroneusly when they should have put a 1X tag on the jacket?

2 Questions: 1. Could this be a Georgia All season jacket if I wore a layer underneath? 2. I have some Joe Rocket pants with an 8" connecting zipper. Same zipper?
Andrew H on Oct 13, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Probably. It actually comes with an inner layer that does a decent job of keeping you warm. I wear this when it gets down 40-50 degrees with the liner, and short sleeve shirt, and just a long sleeve tshirt over it. Keeps me plenty warm. I live in new england, so I'm no stranger to cold weather riding.
What back protector inserts are made as a direct fit for it? i want a level 2 insert that fits as well as it can
A shopper on Apr 4, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I use a vault c.e. spine protector from a Speed and Strength Off The Chain 2.0 Textile Jacket, it was tough to squeeze it in but it fits perfectly.
