A ton of jacket for the money!
Sizing and fit: First, my size – I’m 5’11” and 235 pounds, 40” waist, XL to maybe XXL in shirts, 18-1/2 34/35 in dress shirt sizes (and those are sometimes a bit roomy for me), 44 jacket, and am a bit long in the torso and short in the legs compared to average. I ordered the XL/44 and it fits me PERFECTLY. The sleeves hang a little long when I’m standing up and not riding, which I guess is completely to be expected with riding jackets – the sleeve length is perfect when riding. Overall, mine feels like it was tailored for me.

Features: The jacket comes with shoulder and elbow armor, and also a pocket for a spine pad which comes with a piece of thin foam that’s not really intended to be armor, it’s more of a placeholder. The placeholder pad is not perforated, so it creates a bit of a hot spot in warm weather - I’m still looking for some real spine armor in the right size, hopefully one with some ventilation but am having a little trouble. As far as I can tell, Oxford doesn’t make spine armor and I haven’t been able to find info online about the required size, so I will probably have to measure the foam pad that came with it and just look for something that’s about the same size and shape. (It’s not as easy as Googling for “What spine armor fits an Estoril Air 2.0?”) I may just perforate the spine pad myself

Pockets: See product description, no issues.

Adjustability: Great, see product description, no issues.

Comfort: Very comfortable, breathes nicely in warm weather. You’ll sweat at stop lights if it’s hot out, but you’ll cool off as soon as you get going again. Seems comparable to, if not a little better than, other similar mesh jackets I’ve worn. I find that one of those quick-dry compression shirts works really well under this jacket, to wick the sweat off. (Bleah.) It comes with a breathable/waterproof inner liner which can also be zipped out and worn over the whole jacket as a rain jacket – I haven’t used the liner yet (inside or outside) as it’s been too warm, and haven’t ridden in rain yet, but at the very least it should work well in cool dry weather to stop the wind. In the rain, I’d think that using it inside the jacket would be weird, as you’ll arrive with a thoroughly sodden mesh jacket even while dry inside, so I’m thinking that warm dry weather = no liner, cool dry weather = liner inside, rain = liner outside. YMMV. Jacket-back-gap (I was going to say butt-crack) coverage is decent if you don’t have riding pants that come up high enough to deal with that on their own.

Collar is soft and comfortable - there’s a snap strap at the throat that lets you unzip the jacket a bit while keeping things tied together so the flap doesn’t beat you to death on the freeway. The jacket breathes well enough zipped all the way up that I usually just zip it up most or all the way anyway, seems safer to not have a lot of open zipper if a Bad Thing Happened.

It has a pants zipper which does not happen to fit my Cortech riding pants, but if your pants are like Cortech’s and come with both sides of the zipper, and you’re handy with a sewing machine or know someone who is, you could doubtless sew the pants’ jacket-side zipper inside or outside the existing jacket zipper flap and be able to support at least two brands of pant zippers that way.

Not a lot of reflectivity on this jacket, but there is some on the back and shoulders. I got the red/black version, wish that it came with the high-vis yellow like the non-mesh Estoril 2.0 does.

Workmanship: Appears good to me – I only have a few hundred miles (all dry) on this jacket but it seems to be really solid and is definitely comfortable and fits just like I expected. Again, YMMV, I’ll bet you’re not shaped exactly like me.

All in all, I really like this jacket, especially at its price point!

Loving it so far
I’m a few months late in getting this review up. I went down last year and I needed to replace my jacket. I always wanted something with color in it for visibility, and I got this in black and red since it matches my bike colors. I actually went in to the store to buy this. I didn’t want to risk the sizing over the internet only to have to send it back if it was the wrong size. I forget the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was fantastic. While they didn’t have this jacket in the store, he had me try on a similar model as well as a few other brands, and then he had me get on one of the store bikes similar to my cruiser to get a sense of how it would feel while riding.
This jacket has been wonderful for me. I’ve only been on the bike a few times since I bought it, but I went out on 55-degree day with a little wind and the jacket was perfect. I had the liner on as well and I didn’t feel any weather at all. It’s not as heavy as my previous jacket which I was little apprehensive about at first, but once I got more comfortable wearing it I feel just as protected as a did with my old jacket. With my old jacket, I was used to feeling the elbow and shoulder pads, as well as the back protector. With this one being a little lighter, you don’t feel them at all, but they are there with the exception of the back pad which I’ll be buying on my next trip Revzilla.
I love that the liner can be used as rain gear, although I never ride if rain is expected. But instead of carrying around rain gear in case I get caught, I can just keep this in my back pack and I’m all good. Once again I want to apologize to the store associate who helped me find the right jacket, I forgot your name and my initial intentions were to mention you by name when I did my review.

Great jacket for warm summer days
Bought this jacket to ride Adv style. It is fantastic! Took a spill and no signs of damage. It has great air flow without the inside liner. Inside liner can be used over the jacket for quick waterproofing during showers or used inside to keep the wind flow down for those cooler days. Fit is spot on. Style is great been given a few compliments. I have but one little gripe, the breast pocket needs to be other than mesh and sewn in so that quick phone storage is possible, minor gripe. Overall good jacket for the price. I'd recommend it and buy it yet again.

Great Cooling, but bugs get stuck.
The net-like features provide great cooling, but they cause bugs to get entangled and leve you in a mess after your trip.
Apart from that I think its fantastic.

Best Bang for the Buck
I normally wait a year to write a review on a product so others would know the durability of the product. However, this is a closeout item so it would be impossible to write a review a year from now. So, here goes....

Durability; I don't know what the real world durability of this jacket is because I haven't ridden a year in this jacket. However, the collar is held in place by a snap. Snaps should be used for really tough materials like leather, not nylon, so this is a potential failure point due to the fact that the collar snap could be a frequently used item. There is another snap in the arm but that should only be used when you change seasons to account for the difference in arm girth due to bundling clothing for cooler weather so the arm snap should hold up. The interior of the pockets are mesh so if you put semi sharp items in them such as keys, they will rip. All the zippers are high quality YKK zippers. This is unexpected in a budget jacket like this. Nice!

Protection; Elbows and shoulders are protected by CE level 1 armor. This would be a deal breaker for me because I am looking for CE level 2 armor. However, most jackets nowadays only include CE level 1 armor, even the $200+ Dainese mesh jacket. The armor is in a velcro pocket so you could replace it with CE level 2 armor. You could put CE level 2 armor in the back, elbows, and shoulders. This jacket is NOT made of cordura as stated in the Revzilla ad copy. Per the tags on my jacket, it is 500D polyester. At first glance this would suck BUT they did triple layer it in 500D polyester in all the impact zones. All the non-impact zones are mesh. As far as mesh jackets go, the abrasion resistance protection is decent. There is even a tab next to the main zipper where you can write your name, blood type, and contact phone number. That's some attention to detail!

Fitment; The real beauty of this jacket is the adjustability of fit. There are velcro tabs in the wrist and waist. There is even an adjustable elastic snap tab to adjust arm girth. What this means is in the winter, you can loosen the fit and bundle sweaters underneath but tighten the fit for summer when you're only rocking a T-shirt underneath. This jacket flows decent air. It would flow a ton of air if you remove the inner chest pockets because these pockets are not mesh so they block air flow. However, I am keeping at least the right inner chest pocket because it is transparent a touch screen compatible cell phone pocket. Nice!

Comfort/Convenience; This jacket is very comfortable. I only wished that there are elasticated panels in the arms. However, the arms are precurved for riding, so it is OK. The collar has a nice neoprene roll to prevent chafing. Even some $200+ Dainese mesh jackets lack this! Very nice! This jacket rocks 5 pockets. Revzilla says this is a summer jacket only. However, I disagree. With the rain liner inside the jacket and bundling sweaters underneath, you can probably use this jacket in all but the coldest winter days here in North Texas. It only gets below freezing 2 or 3 days per year. As long as it is not below freezing, this jacket would probably be ok to wear if you bundle wool sweaters underneath. You can do this because the jacket's fit is so adjustable.

Style; This jacket looks badass and aggresive without looking like a power ranger. I really liked how they blacked out their logos so you don't look like a walking billboard. It has a few reflective stripes but not too many so you don't look like a power ranger. Cool!

This is a very high quality jacket with some stuff that I didn't expect in this price range. I'm going to remove one of the inner chest pockets to improve airflow and put small zip lock bags inside all the other pockets to improve durability. To improve durability, I'm also going to replace the collar snap with a piece of velcro with the fuzzy side on the snap flap to avoid the hooks of the velcro from destroying the mesh of the jacket. These minor mods will make this a perfect jacket for 3.5 seasons wear in the Southern states. This jacket's purchase earns you $5 Zillacash, so this jacket is only $95. You can't beat this deal. Get it.

Blow Away!
This jacket is so much more than I thought it would be from the price! I have an upright positioned bike and do not like logos and stuff all over my clothing. Big fan of "chameleon" riding gear. This thing does the job!

It is real sturdy and feels robust. The elbow and shoulder pads are CE 1 and feel solid to me although you can always replace them. I got the Forcefield Pro K Light Back Insert size 2 for this and once I squeezed it through the hole it fit like a glove in the Size Large jacket.

I wore this the day I got it in 45 degree weather keeping the rain coat insert in with a sweatshirt underneath and was basically fine from start to finish. I also wore it sans rain insert in 95 degrees for a long day of riding. While i was sweaty when I would take the coat off at stops I was also sweaty sitting in my living room watching TV so no faults there. On top of that I was not horribly sweaty as the coat did its job of letting air through. My back where the CE 2 insert I put in is was the only area that got noticeably sweaty.

This is also one of the most comfortable mesh coats I have worn. Something about them I usually find annoying or irritating but this doesn't give me those feelings.

ALSO- While there could be more reflecting this coat has just about everything else you would want in any coat including stuff you do not always find on cheaper riding jackets. This includes an 8 inch zipper to attach to compatible riding pants, a EMT tag for your blood type and information, rain liner, and general durability.

awesome jacket, best purchase of the summer
this jacket is great. fits great, looks good. flows a ton of air, it was a joy to hit the road this weekend for my first ride with it. this is my first mesh jacket and my first summer with a bike, before this I'd been wearing perforated leather jacket that just wasnt working out by July in Maryland.

The good: air flow is great, plenty of pockets (one on each hip, exterior breast pocket, interior phone pocket), easy to grasp pullers on the zippers and nifty waterproof liner thing to keep handy if you need it.

the not so good (but not BAD): the armor feels a little weak and the stock back protector is just a foam pad (which was known but annoying). I was able to insert a Alpinestars Nucleon KR-1i Back Protector Insert easily though. I might also add the rest of my A-stars bio armor but we'll see.

I really like and recommend this jacket, it was a really great purchase.

Awesome summer jacket, excellent build quality and features
To be honest ... I didn't keep this jacket. I ended up keeping a Joe Rocket Marines Recon summer jacket ... only because of pride of service...

But, I have to admit, from a fit, comfort, overall style, and features perspective ... this jacket is FAR SUPERIOR at nearly 1/2 the cost of the Joe Rocket jacket.

THE GOOD:
* extremely comfortable interior
* exceptionally well built quality - very well thought out and executed design - these guys did an awesome job
* great features, pockets, layout, etc.
* fantastic low key style/design, well executed
* fit was a LOT better on me (6'3'', 18.5" neck ,36.5" arms, 50" chest, 35" waist) than the Joe Rocket Marine Recon

THE BAD:
* for me ... NONE ... other than it wasn't sporting the Marines Eagle, Globe, and Anchor ... I couldn't figure out a way to sew a large badge on this without compromising the jacket

Excellent air flow ...

Excellent fit and comfort ...

Extremely well thought out design ...
