GREAT FOR ROAD & TRACK (Even in the rain!)
I have been running the pilot power 3 (front and rear) on my 2006 Yamaha R6 on the track and on the road. I have gone through a few pairs in the past couple years - especially due to the track time spent on them. However, the tread life is excellent. I can get through several track weekends on fresh ones. I even ran a full day at the track in the rain on them and the treads provided surprising grip in the wet conditions at their limit. Though, DO NOT mistake these for rain tires at the track. They aren't quite that grippy in the wet conditions, but are very good! Dry conditions make it evident at how soft and grippy the outter edge of these tires really are. Highly recommend. Hope this helps!

Amazing tire for the price you pay!
I have had 2 sets of these tires already. First set went to 8500 miles and second set went to 6500 miles. Why the difference? With the first set, I was getting comfortable with them and also doing alot of communting to work. On the second set I was hitting US 129 3 times a month, making sure i find the best roads around the house, and hitting the twisties every chance I got! Between set one and two, the gain in confidence I had in these tires was amazing. I ride a 2006 GSXR 600 and drag peg on The Dragon! Superb grip, heat up very quickly, and the turn in is quick and smooth! Please try these out if you are needing new tires!

Best tires I have ever purchased!!!
I recently purchased these tires for my 2002 Honda cbr954rr and let me tell you. They were worth every dime. The grip of the tires were awesome even in inclement weather. Now I bought these tires for longevity and they took me over 10,000 miles and I was simply amazed. The only tire for me.

My favorite tire
I ride a 2012 FZ8. I commute mostly, with the odd spirited joyride or 800+ mile round-trip trip. I ride rain or shine, all seasons, and I have gone through 3 tire sets so far. I don't drag any knees on the street (just pegs), don't do trackdays, and I don't abuse the speed limit too badly, most days. 70% highway, 5% city 25% backroad riding.
Bike came with a bridgestone sport touring tire, not sure which. I wore those to the cords in under 6,000 miles. Average tire. Wore out quickly, lost neutrality very quickly, squared off quickly, slippery when wet (heh).
Next tires were the S20. Better, but not right for my style of riding, half done and squared off slightly in 2000 miles. I didn't wear those out, just 2000 miles and a bolt ended my relationship with the rear, the front was thrown away after that.
Last set (and current set) were these, Pilot Power 3's. There may be a better tire, there may be a longer wearing tire, there may be a [insert trait here] tire, but I don't care, I love this tire.
LONGEVITY: I got over 12,300 miles from my last set before the front and rear were down to the wear bars, not slicks, not cords, just wear bars. AWESOME. Probably could have pushed another thousand or more until slicks if I had to. They wear evenly too, at least for me and my bike and riding style. Front and rear were wearing evenly, not like my other tires were I could have gone through 2 rear tires for every 1 front. The dramatic "new round tire" feeling was not as great when I swapped these out for new sets of PP3's, probably because they didn't wear badly and square off as much as the other tires i've had.
GRIP: I love the grip from first day to last. Rain or shine. Very confident tire, never pushed it crazy hard, but also never lost grip except for the odd sand or gravel patch where it got a little squirmy. I also ride 1 mile of dirt/gravel to my house where the road ends every day, and even with crazy sport bike on dirt speeds I feel pretty confident. When leaned over very stable, even in wet. When practicing wheelies very stable, when being a hooligan on the freeway very stable, I love this tire.
COST: I don't even care. But they are cheap.

Great tire for the way I ride.
Love this tire.
My bike had a set of Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa from the factory and I never really liked them. They felt slick the whole time and never gave me any confidence. When I got a puncture in the carcass of my rear tire I took the recommendation of my local shop and put a set of these Power 3's on my Street Triple. Once "scrubbed" in I was immediately more comfortable and confident in all conditions. The tires heat up quickly and feel sticky once hot. The grip is so good I even did a track day on these tires! I have about 3500 miles on the tires (including that track day) and the tread is in great shape still. I imagine these tires will last through next summer, no problem.

tl;dr: Great sport tire. Would buy again.

Mostly used on the street and some track
I am a pretty aggressive rider on the weekends and commute daily to work. Around 50 miles a day, these tires are great, very sticky, very predictable. Been very very happy with them.

Perfect progression from Pilot Power 2ct
I've been riding on the Pilot Power 2ct's for several years, naturally when it came time to replace i moved onto the Pilot Power 3.

Tire has been great so far, immense amount of grip all the way to the shoulders, actually feels like it has a little better profile than the older ones. Loves to turn, and the wet weather traction has been amazing also. I was caught off guard by a storm and the tire held the road perfectly, way better than my old 2ct's would do in the rain.

Anyone looking for some great tires look no further, I've had Pirelli's, Conti's, and Bridgestone's and none have had the life and grip of the pilot powers. The added lean angle has always been appreciated.

great sport bike tire
This is a great sport bike tire. It is my second one. Last time I replaced both front and back but this time only needed to replace the rear. I have had other michelins before this including pilot power and pilot power 2ct. I got a little more than 3,000 miles on my last rear with hard street riding. Not as much as the 2cts ( more sport touring) I have had but a lot stickier and worth the trade off for a true sport bike.

Best tire I've ridden yet
I bought one of these to replace the squared-off Shinko on my Speed Triple 955i. I live in Seattle, so a good bit of my riding involves hills and wet streets. I've been thoroughly impressed with the grip and performance I get out of this tire. The back feels significantly more planted now, especially in the corners. I'm pretty sold on this as a regular tire, and I'll most likely buy another one to replace it.

A+++, great tire, would buy again.

So far so good
Getting close to 700 miles and I like them so far. I ride street commuting to work and spirited rides on the weekend but they feel planted going into turns. Haven't gotten caught in the rain so can't comment on that yet. Will update the review when I've put more miles on them about the tread life but so far so good.
