These signal lights are great!
These signal lights are good quality and perform as advertised. I put these on my FZ-07 with a fender eliminator and was worried that they wouldn't be seen. But they are very bright and vivid and visibility, even on a sunny day, is not a problem. They cost a little more than some of the other options out there but they are worth every penny!

FZ-09 signal upgrade
Bought these to replace the huge lollipops/pumpkins on the front of my 2014 yamaha fz-09. These look and perform sooo much better! Well worth the $50. I went with the clear ones to be seen better, and I believe it adds to safety. This is a great alternative to flush mounts if you want to keep the oem signal look. Gave 5 stars for Features and Style because of the little cutouts for less drag on the lighs, and it looks cool! Plus it has two washers, a nut, and a lock washer to keep everything secure. Gave 4 stars for Ease Of Install because you need the 3-to-3 yamaha converters from TST Industries to hook these lights up to the oem harness, or you can cut the harness off from the old signals and splice in bullet connectors, then you need to match up the correct wires in order to make them work properly (w/ the converters from TST, it's brown to yellow, and black to red). It takes time and patience for that, plus you don't have a lot of space when hiding the wires on an fz-09. I used zipties to bundle up the wires. Also, you need the yamaha signal relay from tst industries to eliminate hyper flash, and you can set your own flash rate. Or you can wire in resistors on each side (Mush easier and cheaper with the relay). You also need the lightech signal conversion kit from Revzilla for install on the front, yamaha takes the 38.5mm x 27.5mm kit. After wiring everything up and mounting them, you need to play with the angle/rotation of the signals to make them straight. 5 stars for Fit & Finish because it looks awesome and clean after lining the signals up. 4 stars for durability because they don't seem indestructible, but aren't flimsy. Overall, for $50 (not including the lightech signal conversion kit) you can't get anything better. Looks amazing, super bright, and keeps oem style. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another set and recommend to a friend! *Note: The signal have the words "lightech" on the back of the signals, so it's possible to install them on the wrong sides. The words will be upside down!

Solid signals with good visibility
I got these to replace some very weak LEDs on a project SV650 I picked up. They were as straightforward to install as turn signals with standard adapters can be. I use them as my front blinkers and the brightness is great; I have no question about their visibility to other drivers. I have only had them for a few weeks so I can't say much about durability yet, but the build quality seemed good while I was handling them.

Excellent Signals
These are much brighter than the stock ones. I am quite happy with them. The only gripe I have with these is that I wish they were a little bigger. Nevertheless, these are good looking signals and a good upgrade.

Nice lights for the price.
Install was straight forward, all you need is adaptors to mount the lights and pigtails to plug into the factory harness. My only complaint is one of the lights doesn't seem to be able to mount square. I drops down slightly.

Are these turn signals a direct fit on a 2016 ktm duke 390 ?

What orher parts do I need to help these lights flash correctly on my fz 07?
Richard M on Mar 14, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I don't specifically have the same lights you do, but I do have a pair of LighTech turn signals. But I believe I can answer your question since all L.E.D. conversions are essentially the same. L.E.D.S draw a lot less electricity than incandescent lights, thus they will flash faster. To slow the blink speed you'll need a load resistor; these can be found at any automotive parts store. The resistors need to be spliced after the LighTech blinkers, fortunately they are rather small and are easily tucked away... even on a motorcycle. You'll need one for left & right.
I already have LED flush mount indicators on my R3; I have the harness convertors and relay already installed. I want to install the LighTech Tear Drop in the rear. Do I just need the harness convertors or other? Please advise. Thanks

BEST ANSWER: I have LighTech LEDs on my '15 ZX-6R; it was straight forward for my application. That was because they supplemented my integrated LED tail/stop/turn signal that also installed at the same time. I also installed a tail tidy too.

This is a long winded answer that says if you have LED flash going on at some time it's all good. If you're going from incandescent flashers only they'll flash too fast. So with the set up you're currently running you should be fine.
LighTech LED Tear Drop Signal Light.....what are the dimensions of this light? What is the bolt size on this light?
Paul W on Jun 1, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Now, to be perfectly honest, I don't have the same lights as you. Here's what I do have:

http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/lightech-led-turn-signals-angled

2?" long, 1" high; it doesn't sound like much, but they are remarkably bright. Quite frankly, when they first came I really thought they'd be of little value. Also I have an integrated stop/turn signal on my ZX-6R, so these are in addition to that.

You could probably get by with these as your only signal. Unless you have super tight-ass L.E.O.s.
If I were purchasing this for my Yamaha R3, what else would I have to purchase in order to install these correctly? Resistors and?
A shopper on May 20, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I am right in the middle of this install. My recommendation would be to buy the resisters. If you plan to solder the connections I would recommend 60/40 Tin/Lead rosin core solder. I am using the Kester "Pocket-Pak" which can be found on Amazon. It's annoying the resisters don't come with these LED turn signals and I'm finding out the hard way that I really do need them. Hope this helps.
Are these good for a 2006 Yamaha Virago 250cc?
