This product goes beyond expectations!
I absolutely LOVE my new Held Satu Gore-Tex X-Trafit Gloves. The comfort, grip and sensitivity offered by this glove surpasses any glove I have had in the past!

A feature I was looking for in particular was the lining and it's ability to stay in place when removing the glove from your hand, esp when the glove is exposed to rain and moisture. I no longer have to struggle with a lining that comes out of the fingers when removing the glove making it virtually impossible to get the glove back onto your hand when you are ready to gear up!

This glove has it "hands Down"...no pun intended, to other rain gloves. Highly recommend them. Even bought a pair for my husband!

Functional but poor fit
I was looking for a decent Spring/Fall glove. The Held Satu seemed to fill the bill without being the most expensive.

Waterproof - Gore-Tex does it job to keep the rain out

Light-weight - I find them suitable for temperatures between 10C and 26C (50F - 80F) when travelling at highway speed . . . lower range if going slow.

Fit - I usually wear XXL in most brands of gloves. Tried the XXL in the Held and found it incredibly difficult to even get on. Very tight on fingers and hand after a couple hours wearing. Sent back to Revzilla for a XXXL. Better. Still does not pull on as smoothly as any of my other gloves although fingers and hands have more than enough room now. After wearing these for about 10 hours, they are fairly comfortable.

I would recommend these gloves for people with narrow hands.

Good enough for my needs
Since it's still sub zero in the great white north I can't comment on riding/waterproof performance, just on fit and features. I was looking for a waterproof and spring/fall glove that wasn't overly technical/aggressive in style. Main feature(s) I wanted was a textile Gore Tex Xtra-Fit summer glove (with heated grips I don't need bulky insulation). This glove seemed to fit the bill.

This is my first pair of Held gloves but have tried several on for sizing and these fit just like all the other Helds I've tried. I'm a 9 and don't have very long fingers and Held seems to fit me well. It is a long cuff glove, but the cuff is quite slim so no way to put it over your jacket. It fits nicely under my Rev'It Outback.

The glove itself is a little stiff when flexing it. I'm certain this will get better with wear but it's definitely a bit tight across the knuckles right now. Looking forward to getting some hours of wear on the bike when the snow melts!

Overall, there's no question you can spend more and get more glove, but for what I was looking for this was just right.

Works as advertised
I have had these for a few month, but here in Southern Arizona it does not rain much. After today I was able to fully test these out. They worked well with my heated grips in the morning commute to work. On the way home (a 30 minute commute) it was a downpour. You could feel the rain hitting the gloves, but my hands were dry. I would say the protection is a little weak. They were comfortable gloves that were just slight large in the thumb. Overall I am happy with the gloves and would recommend them.

I have been using Held gloves for over 10 years. Great product thats made to last. Also they are the only company that has a built in wiper for your visor. If you want that feature you have to buy that separately with other rain gloves and it clamps down over your glove and finger.

Waterproof Gore-Tex with no insulation. Have had good success with a pair of Held gloves in size 9. With heated grips and hands out of the wind (hand guards or fairing) un-insulated waterproof gloves work for me from about 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 70/75 degrees Fahrenheit.

Needed a pair of rain gloves for the occasional rain/monsoon storm we get here in the SW. Hopefully they are as good as the reviews.

Held are great gloves having used them racing and these are good for rain also so I don't have to change gloves when it rains.

How do these compare to the Held Steve gloves in terms of (1) warmth and (2) airflow?
