Nice sheild
I bought the Givi D4114ST Windscreen Kawasaki Versys 650 2015-2016 for my Versys 650 LT, because there were others that didn't fit well with the hand guards that come stock on the LT. This fit great, no interference with the guards at all. I didn't know for sure they would fit, but used the measurements given and the pictures and made a best guess and this time I was right. The height is perfect for me at 5'-9". I leave the shield all the way down and am in a perfect quiet wind free zone. I look right over the top and ride with my visor open with no air hitting my glasses, it goes over my head. There is another 2 inches or so to raise it, and since it has a lip on the top I think it would work well for a taller rider. I am tall in the body, short in the legs as well. The shield looks great on my bike. The install is the same as with any shield on the Versys, tricky. But, after you've done it once, it's not that bad. The only down side is the plexiglass is sort of easy to scratch, but I have never found a shield that didn't scratch, some are just more prone than others, this one's no exception. I use Plexus and a soft cloth designed for polishing guitars to clean it and that works well. The polish helps keep bugs from sticking so much. I would recommend this to anyone with the LT.

Serene cruising :)
First impressions are that this windscreen fits the 2015 Kawasaki Versys 650LT well once you've adjusted your hand guards (my left one cleared in all positions but my right one needed to be adjusted slightly downward to clear it in the highest position - took only a few minutes). Also, I'm 5'11" and this screen is 6 inches taller than the stock one so in its lowest position it's still 4 inches taller than the OEM... meaning highway cruising is phenomenal - no wind unless it's coming from the sides - almost doesn't feel like you're on a motorcycle.
Bang for the Buck is a 4 because I don't think plastic/acrylic should cost that much, Style is a 4 because it's too tall (yeah, yeah, I know), and Durability is also a 4 because I've only had it a few days but since I've had many Givi products in the past, I'm fairly certain it will last.
One final note: because the screen is so tall you'll be looking through it more often than what you're used to and although it does vibrate a bit there are no obvious distortions so it's ok. You might even adapt a better/safer riding style, as in, you'll still look over it but further down the road.
Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Givi Windshields
I Love Givi Windshields and Won't settle for less. I've been buying them for 12 years and Won't use anything else on my bikes.(6) I need a new one for my 2007 Suzuki Burgman 650 because I dropped it in the Garage.
Thanks,"DOC"

2017 Kawasaki versys 650 LT
I'm 6 ft tall and the stock windscreen was horrible. Got this and night and day difference. I can ride 80 mph with the visor up on helmet with barely any wind hitting my face.

Fit: it does BARELY hit the hand guards when at full turn, but I'm not worried about it hurting anything.

Installation: no instructions whatsoever, but all holes lined up. Only issue was the rubber o-rings that were on the stock screen-they do not fit this screen. I put them on the outside of this screen ( had to for spacing to be correct) and put semi permanent lock tight on nutts. Been commuting 70+ mph with no issues.

Overall I do recommend this for the price.

On the 2015+ Versys 650 LT, at 6ft tall without gear, does this help with the buffeting on the head on the freeway?
Eric W on Feb 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I put the Givi on my 650 suzuki Bergman and i have no issues with buffeting at very high speeds. I am only 5ft9in however, and my windshield is adjustable.
